Good variety of weights, machines and equipments. Bad management in my honest opinion. This place can be so much better than it is now. They have a huge section for reserved lockers, but the free lockers they provide, half of them do not work and day by day they are getting worse. Sometimes my stuff get stuck in the locker because it just stops working and have to wait 15-20 min for them to open it. The showers are mid at best, the ceiling is moldy there, there are about 5 showers, which only 2 include enough privacy and the rest, good luck grabbing your towel while everyone else sees you open the door. Some treadmills have not been working for more than a week no and they dont even bother to get it serviced, there are too many staff in my opinion, all they do is just hang around and talk to each other with no genuine interest in clients unless they are PT. I remember in the summer, the second floor was roasting hot and although multiple complaints were issued about it they failed to address it. Lastly, the place like I said, is not all bad, but could definitely be run much better and they are definitely losing clients because of that.

I've been scammed by these pplz, I was in visit for Jordan and joined it for one week for 50 dinnars for (70$) , which I never complained about, although I didn't bring my vaccine card with me to visit cos it was not required for Jordan entry, however they allowed me to get in for the first day , next day the refused to get me cos i didnt have the vaccine card and refused to refund me for what I paid, smh

Tried this gym for 1 month paid 100JD . They kept calling me after 2 weeks that my participation will end soon ! It was annoying bec I know. No Air conditioning ( Nov +Dec) weather was hot inside + ppl refuse to open windows. They have Sauna+ ice+ Jacuzzi +chairs for relaxation in the 3rd floor there r changing room+ showers+ baths+hair dryers+ lockers not all work. Philippinos ppl who work in the 3rd floor women part are very clean+ good+ nice+ welcoming. for working out best time morning+ afternoon before 3 few ppl. In the evening + night full. If u want relaxation before/after workout it'll be a good experience. As a gym also clean. They have salon . Environment morning/afternoon good ppl. Evening night some rude ppl. Didn't like on Friday they close at 5.

Dishonest sales team. They always have a limited offer, and you have to make a decision the same day. First day of Ramadan, I asked them if they had an offer for a month membership, and they said no. They called me a week later to see if I'm still interested, i asked again if they have a 1 month offer they said yes, suddenly there is an offer and I have to pay the same day, I agreed and was ready to send the payment, but 5 minuets later they call me and give me an excuse that the offer was expired. Honestly, I was willing to pay full price for the month. It's a good gym, but the sales approach is unprofessional and dishonest.

Love it! You'll find everything you need in a gym and it doesn't get too crowded. Only downside is that the coaches can be a bit more attentive and guide you if your form is wrong, but they're happy to help if asked anyway.

I am with them Since 2012 till today, honestly the best facility around from my side of views. This location is mint from the staff, to the equipment, to the facility itself. It is alright but they don’t have all equipments if you are professional or regular gym goer you might struggle to find your usual kit. When I joined I enquired about their Wi-Fi as I’m a visitor in Amman I don’t have a Jordanian number or internet source however they’re Wi-Fi is not brilliant if you relaying on internet it is not the best. Reason I needed to check with internet as my friends are travelling around and we decided to check where are they when I finish my work out but that did not happen. Was difficult to find a locker as several are damaged and not in a good maintenance while others are busy. I did not use other facilities as I was only looking for free weights so I’m not sure about the rest but it is ok. I used power fitness the week before and I find it much better with half price if you only after weights and gym work out kit.

We looked at a number of gyms in Amman before joining Power Hut. Lot of great exercise machines and weights. It’s clean and not crowded. Daily classes. Locker rooms are really well maintained with lots of amenities. Nirvana spa is also in the building offering spa and nails.

I was a member for 9 years and I was paying more than 300/month (dietitian and PT), when I had serious health issues they didn't care to make sure I'm ok and I lost around 400 jds (pt sessions subscription..). Also, make sure to get a written contract because your subscription will mysteriously expire a few months earlier and they will mysteriously "forget" to print the expiry date on your membership card. The will treat you like a money bag

Power Hut is a proper, fully equipped gym with a wide range of modern weight lifting equipment. Having been travelling in the middle east for the past three weeks I would say this gym has been the most well equipped that I've come across thus far. There are several powerracks for the Olympic lifters, full kettlebell and dumbbell sets, bench presses and other machines. The gym offers single day passes for tourists to use at a decent price.

A very good gym as to equipment, cleanlines and kind staff. What surprised me is that they do not have a first aid kit. A couple of years ago I slipped in the spa because of an unfinished iron piece sticking from the floor and they did not have even a bandage. This year in the sauna I got a burn from the uncovered steel box ( usually they are covered with wood to protect users )and again they did not have any idea about what a first aid stuff is and showed no concern what so ever.. I like this gym and hope that they will be encouraged by this review to upgrade their first aid supplies and safety measures. .

It also has fitness/spin classes etc. The place is full of friendly English-speaking staff and has a nice mix of locals and ex-pats . It's has a very welcoming (non-macho) feel to it - and customers range from serious body-builders to men/women just trying to keep the pounds off on the cardio machines. It also has a coffee bar in the entrance - and I won't lie, I will be trying to blag a free expresso tomorrow for writing the review! Negatives? They don't make the entrance easy to find - go in via the car park side!
