Great selection of food, their bakery is super delicious, a good place to buy your sourdough. The kitchen is good, atmosphere is good, however waiters are a bit ignorant and they take hours to notice you. I had to move inside just to call one to our table, super hard to get their attention. Other than that, is super good.. We had Soujouk and eggs, and the other dish was smoked turkey rustic sandwich.

Great place for family. Great food options and service. Food tastes fantastically delicious. The only negative side is that the prices are high, like for 4 people you will need to pay around 80-100 JODs. The bakery is also great with multiple options.

Fresh food. Busy on weekends. We tried THE new items (the bagel sandwich and the Pinerli) pinerli is tasteless the bagel was ok. My favourites are the omelette and the bread basket. I tried the gluten-free bresaola pizza (a size of a man2ousheh) but was really good, surprisingly. It should be eaten right away. Otherwise, it gets really hard

Bagel 5/10 Atmosphere 6/10 Service 7/10 Price $-$$ Parking - underground RM 2/ hr If you lucky then free ground parking 😉. Ok , just ok. Nothing special. Bagel was very disappointed. Unlike bread, bagels do not have a fluffy texture. Here the Crumz bagel had a very light and fluffy texture. Should be heavy and highly dense. I went there because of bagel, many people recommend the bagel but it was just a bread. I've had bagels in New York and Toronto for more than  20 years, so I went to them in anticipation of the taste.  But it was not the taste that Jews enjoyed. Also big glass wall in the front of cafe , makes cheap looking, dirty glass door and door nobs. Please wipe the glass door regular basis

Best breakfast food, but the host was rude, judgmental, and spoke far out of his place. His rude comments were said in front of my wife and a friend… and this is not how service for F&B should ever be. The waiting staff was great, this is restricted to the host at the entrance, and there was another similar event with them over the phone for a delivery order.

The service was terrible, food took ages even though the place was not busy and came out looking like the avocado was 3 days old, but the worst of all is the waiter who got our order wrong, brought is the wrong food (twice) and insisted we pay for the wrong order, after asking for the manager the bill was fixed and when we asked for our leftovers (food we payed for) they were brought in a bag like garbage and thrown at the table, we did not take it. I’m disappointed with the level of service at this place we’ve been visiting since we were kids.

It took some time for the waiter to serve me, I had to go to the cashier to place my order. Later everything went well and smoothly. Breakfast was delicious, the place is quite cosy. Free wifi, bank card is accepted.

I don’t know how such a place still open ! plus it’s pricey compared to the service

Feels like home This place has a cozy and home-like seating area that makes it suitable for quiet and warm outings. Doesn’t serve “argeeleh” so if you are one of those looking for a place with a fresh air and a lovely ambiance then this is the place. Welcoming, friendly and attentive staff that makes you feel comfortable and appreciated. The place has an easy access and nearby parking areas, so try to use them instead of parking on the street in front of it to avoid getting a traffic ticket. Reasonably priced and offers snacks, desserts and drinks.

I was early for an appointment in the area so went there for a coffee beforehand. So glad I did, from entering I was met with kind smiles, attentive prompt service, tasty food and delicious coffee. A good experience.

Food is ok (fresh) but you will have the worst experience ever. Since the waiters are upset, slow, no one will come and check on you. And on the top of that the order will take time to be served. (not recommended experience) الطعام جيد لكن خدمة سيئة تجربة لا يصبح بها

The place is nice, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. But the food was a bit oily, and took too much time to be prepared. It deserves to be visited again!

This review is specifically for the bakery . Old were the days when it use to make nice bread. Today i bought all sorts. To start off baguettes were very chew, thick to tear off and not light n crisp. If u hv veneers or unreliable teeth u r gone. Ciabatta is all doughy and too bitter very disappointing probably due to type n taste of zaatar used. This bread and its dough is definitely not ciabatta. Its too thick. Horrible. I can continue with other breads we bought. in conclusion something is wrong with crumz and their chef !?!!!!!.
