I have not seen or gone to a neglected hospital like this, the emergency department does not know what they do and there is no experience in dealing with cases of chest diseases, and the cases are not diagnosed correctly. It is strange that they do not keep the medical reports of their patients, but unfortunately destroy them. When the emergency department and the patient records department are that much worse, I don't know what's going on inside in the rest of the hospital departments besides the bad experience with the hospital pharmacy! I would not advise anyone to try them.

I previously had an endoscopy procedure done at Arab Medical Center, and while there were some positive aspects, there were a few areas that left much to be desired. Firstly, the physical space in which the procedure took place was cramped and not adequately prepared. The tightness of the area made me feel uncomfortable and added unnecessary stress to an already anxiety-inducing situation. Secondly, I had an unpleasant experience with the anesthesiologist. His demeanor was not friendly, and I was taken aback when he laughed at me for expressing my desire to read the documents before signing them. It is important for medical professionals to treat patients with respect and understanding, and unfortunately, this aspect was lacking in my encounter with the anesthesiologist. Additionally, after waking up from deep sedation, I found that there was insufficient time provided for recovery. Despite experiencing dizziness, I was promptly discharged and sent home. It would have been more reassuring if there had been a proper observation period to ensure my well-being before allowing me to leave. While the physician and nurse staff were commendable, there are areas that require improvement. The cramped area, unfriendly anesthesiologist, and lack of sufficient post-sedation recovery time were significant drawbacks to my overall experience. I hope that the hospital administration takes these concerns into consideration and works towards enhancing the patient experience in the future.

This was the worst medical experience I have ever gone through. The Arab Medical Center is a shame to the medical industry. My wife was sick with a very high fever and an abnormal heart rate. She was also in her fourth month of pregnancy, and all they did was give her an IV and Penadol. They didn’t initiate any test despite seeing abnormal symptoms related to a Kidney infection. The negligence of the doctors is unacceptable, they clearly did not care about her health. We went to Istishari and they made us stay multiple nights because they were genuinely worried about her health. They conducted multiple tests to find the exact reason as to why the symptoms she had were occurring. If we kept going to the Arab Medical Center her and my baby would’ve been out at serious risk of permanent harm.

Not sure how “no smoking” policy is managed at this hospital! Visitors smoke in the staircase! I made a complaint in the 6th floor 3 days ago! And now all the 5th level (premium suites) is full of cigarettes smoke! Unhealthy environment for patients and everyone in the hospital. This has to be managed by the poor managers of this centre.

They are scammers. I had a serious accident while I was on holidays and they charged me 10,000 euros for being admitted to the hospital for 8 days (apart from the 30,000 euros I had to pay the doctor for the operation).

The nurses are so bad! They should take communication lessons on how to speak softly to your patient and keep your voice down while doing your job !

Horrible nurses! They make fun of the patients and they don’t even show any kind of professionalism whatsoever! I had a surgery and I was in deep pain and the nurse didn’t even care to help me out! Horrible experience

Please don’t take your loved to this slaughter house aka hospital The worst experience ever if there is lower than one star they deserve it The doctors rarely check up on patients, My brother went to the ICU due to lack of oxygen the first time they got him out without having his brain scanned and due to that he went back to the hospital the next day then they left him 12 without calling a doctor!! The next day when they decided to call a doctor he scanner his brain and found out that there was a white spot and that could’ve been not happened if they took the right procedures, when his temperature was going up and had a seizure they said there is nothing we can do, his heat is only going to get up, luckily we started we we moved him to another hospital and immediately they lowered his temperature and saved him.

No one is wearing the masks or following social distancing including your employees! It’s shocking to see a well known hospital with such low standards! Barely few employees are wearing the masks, visitors are not wearing any masks! Roaming around the hospital as if we are not living through a pandemic! If not most of the security team are having their nose out of the mask! It’s such disappointing!

Worst experience at a hospital ever. The staff is very rude and sarcastic with the patients, the nurses are unqualified and make life-threatening mistakes and the waiting times for patients at the emergency department are outrageous. Literally any other hospital or clinic is better than the Arab Medical Center. Disappointing.

Consultant Endocrinologist Dr. Randa aljyousi has a great part in this 5-star review , but I would be remiss to neglect mentioning Dr Osama dammragh general surgery consultant Both are very knowledgeable, caring, and put patients' interests before any financial aspect And though i went with the medical route rather than the surgical one .I highly recommend both of them for obesity treatment and management of metabolic syndrome .. weight loss in 4 weeks 8KG (about 16 lbs, I think)

Good hospital with really great doctors in the ER, but the downside is the kids clinic is always too cold, i have complained many times about it without anything being done sadly, for a 5 start review they need to make sure our kids are doing well in the ER kids clinic

Worst medical institute ever, wrong diagnose of the patient which led to serious complications of our nephew who’s still suffering and in life threatening condition. We had to transfer him to another hospital and he’s still in critical condition fighting for his life

My experience with the Arab center was excellent, as a foreigner I was a bit scared but my experience in the hands of the nurses and doctors was more than what I expected. 💯% perfect. Thanks to all the staff members from both the labor and maternity wing and nurses of both night and afternoon shifts. May God bless you all

My mother stayed for five days… She initially went to the ER, then was admitted. Two major observations: 1. Nursing needs major overhaul. Most of them are young chaps running like headless chicken, with minimum experience. A seasoned outsider RN’s should be employed to revamp this main component of any hospital. 2. Patients visitors: There are no rules whatsoever in this place regarding visiting, or if there are rules, they are just ink on paper. Visitors come in batches / tribes and the rooms can not accommodate them all, so they roam the corridors and chit chat as if you are in a mall without any regards to other patients. Security can not even control them.
