The hospital is clean and good , the staff are helpful and friendly but the nursing team needs more training and experience because I noticed the lack of knowledge for example one of the male nurse was using his personal phone for a personal matter when he is taking our patient to X-ray, the second example the females nurses sometimes careless or lazy ,if you want to book a suite make sure no pregnant person beside your room , as they are so noisy, overall the stay was good for three days , thanks

Very bad overall experience. The nurse is friendly and professional but everything else is terrible. The receptionist in Emergency was literally picking his teeth with the ice cream stick. General hygiene could be better. Doctor responsiveness could better considering emergency was empty. Friday 12 August 6pm

Mid range quality and cleanliness Staff are nice and friendly but non of them had his/her face mask on! When i asked one of them about his mask his answer was “i work here” as if he is at the safest place of COVID anyway we had to put a sign of NO MASK NO ENTRY at our door but it didn’t really work as expected Nurses are a bit of slow in action but nothing was serious in our case when we called Some of them were really really like pros (Fatima from the 4th floor) and the other some were like they are from a different world she couldn’t do her job properly not even at the minimum expectations Not too busy and the doctors are good beside the face mask issue

The hospital is clean but the service in rooms is so bad which drops down to 2 stars only, Staff members are noisy and keep shouting in the corridors, actually you can't take a nap after a surgery. Looks like there is no supervision in the departments

A clean and good hospital, but there is no coordination between departments. Lack of prompt response to the patient by nursing. Delay in all areas. Lack of organization. You must take care of your patient for yourself

The worst hospital ever No medical treatment at all you might face maintenance workers during your surgery and also their toilet is worst than a public one. Most probably you will suffer several Diseases once you leave the hospital due to their very poor sterilizing process.

I went there for an emergency, the only drawback is the parking, but else everything was good, and friendly staff.

The ER department was terrible and very old, and Drs were smoking. It smelled like sigars all the way inside the EMERGENCY room. Yet the nurse/receptionist was friendly and gave me my injection. Their pharmacy is in a different floor and waited more than 15 min to find someone to sell me the medicine I needed.

One of the worst hospitals I have ever been. Very bad nursing staff and incompetent people.

Beginning from the ER reception team, they were extremely rude with no empathy since i came with a fever and a severe dental pain from an infection that was so deep to my jaw and they were chatting with eachother sarcastically deciding what to do with me! Infront of me!! The nurse didn’t know how to insert a needle in my hand and he poked my hand 4 times until the doctor came and did it right! And that nurse had tooo much perfume to the point where it transferred to my hand!! Then he came back again to fasten my drip so i would leave fast (they needed the bed)!!! Unprofessional, inhumane!!
