It is located on B1 floor and my visit here was probably one of the best experiences I had with Zain. I've been in Amman in for four months and have visited zain in Taj Mall, in zain store in abdoun near US embassy, and in Galleria Mall in swafieh. The zain store in Abdali mall definitely tops all the other zains i have been too!

Good, fast and the employees were very courteous. This branch wasn't crowded so you get served quickly.plenty of space to park as it's inside a mall.

The worst service. In Abdali mall doesn't connect 4g anywhere. Also in alkhalidi street doesn't connect 4g. Couldn't get an Uber or any other app to work. Also more expensive than any other provider. Got a number that didn't work on my phone and they refused to give me refund.

Staff need to train about how to smile and to welcome people at most zain branches

Door security check bags and customers about wappons, thats necessary and ok. But when a tourist carry a closed beer can in his backpack and security take it away without any reason its a fail. Because instead to get in trouble the tourist will leave the mall and spend his money somewhere else. 😊
