Bought approximately 20,000 worth of stuff this year. They said anytime I wanna exchange something they will credit it and I’ll pay the difference. I bought a necklace for around 700 a few months ago and when I wanted to exchange it with a thicker one they said they’ll buy it back from me for 350 and buy the new one for 1000. I said what if I buy the same necklace from you now they said 700. So they basically wanted to make profit on the same necklace twice. So they lied just to sell me and they wanted to take advantage of me. They didn’t stand behind their product probably because their stuff keeps breaking. I’m sure if you bought their stuff before you brought back for repairs several times. In summary, they lie, they take advantage in a nasty way, and their products keep breaking. Never going there again. Would not recommend.
