Worst service ever. It took 4 visits for them to make a simple fix for a bracelet. With each visit, something new would be wrong. Once it was soldered wrong, once blue beads got discolored into yellow, and once the gold had black stains all over it. The worst part was that their employee each time would claim that nothing was wrong and she was extremely rude constantly interrupting and rolling her eyes. I was finally promised that the bracelet would be sent to me because I came back 3 times but that was a lie as well. Overall, their craftmanship and management are poor, and their employees are ill-mannered and have no customer service training. You don’t feel like you are in a respected jewellery store, rather a place where employees just hang around and admire themselves in the mirror. Their building is nice and sparkly, but nothing else about the establishment is.
