The original shop for Habibah and as a result it usually has a long queue. Luckily the service is fairly fast. You order at the booth outside and they give you a receipt to hand over inside. I ate two types of kunafa and overloaded myself with sugar for the evening. Can’t wait to do it again.

They serve the best Kunafa in Amman! Super moist and delicious. There is usually a long queue to get it, but it’s worth the wait! Highly recommend coming here!

Having toured all of the Middle East, Jordan and Lebanon certainly have the best kunafeh. This is the original Habiba outlet, dating from 1951, with queues extending down the alleyway and people sitting everywhere, enjoying this sweet treat. Excellent quality and really good value. A must-do visit when in downtown Amman.

Incredible Knafeh. You simply cannot miss out. In fact, we may have to return several more times before the end of the trip. There are a variety of other sweets as well. The price is also fantastic. Two desserts came in at 1.4 JD.

VERY RECOMMENDED!! Best kunafa I’ve ever tried in my life. I wish we had this in Indonesia 🥲 It has the right sweetness. It’s served warm which make the cheese stringy 🤤 They usually had a long queue but proceeded quite fast. You can enjoy the kunafa around the store, since there are some sitting spots.

I was walking around in the downtown, then I saw a long lane of waiting people! At the first glance I thought there is something being distributed for free :)) but then realized that all the crowd was waiting to buy Kunafa !!! And then you go to another sweet shop “Bekdash” to put ice cream above it.., wonderful twin :)

I was just curious for the everyday long queue what is so delicious of this Kunafeh? I was at Amman for the 4 days, almost everyday i saw this shop queue like almost 100 - 150 meter long just to get this desert. For my personal opinion is good, not too bad, even just opposite road having the same shop, somehow there is no queue. But is very interesting to know about this shop and the taste. Please go and try out.

This shop is one of the oldest Kanafeh shops in town. Their desserts are delicious, and the quality has been consistent for decades. Although there is usually a line, it moves quickly. You place your order and make payment outside the shop, and then go inside to collect your order. The process is efficient and well-organized. There are plenty of seating options available outside, which are often occupied by happy customers. If you find yourself in downtown Amman, this place is a must-visit.

One of all time favorite locations in Amman to buy Arabic sweets and desserts. I get invited to a lot of dinners here, and this is always my go to spot every time. The options are endless and the quality of superb. I even met the owner and he was extremely humble and gracious. I highly recommend this place.

It is one of our traditional places that anyone like sweets to visit. You will not wait for long and you will have fresh delicious Kenafah. Highly recommended if you like sweets. After your main meal in one of famous restaurants around. If you are full order the half quarter which is 700 fils with water 100 fils. Go and try.

Love their Kunafah and all their sweets to be honest. Very nice place to sit with family or friends. You can also take sweets to go,and if you are traveling and need to have your Habiba kunafah with you, you can easily find frozen kunafah sold at their branches, and will be good for 6 months. The boxes have pieces of frozen kunafah, a small container of syrup and a little bag of pistachio, simply lovely and very convenient. As tradition, when you are in downtown , you need to go to their branch there the oldest one, and have your kunafah the traditional way, it's considered a tourist attraction. Totally recommend it in Jordan

Very long queue, specially on weekends, but service is fast. The konafah was too sweet for my taste. I had tried in Wadi Rum and it was much better.

Absolutely delicious jordan dessert (knafeh), a must if you are in Amman. It's always super crowded by locals, which is also a nice experience.

  • 4/5 Cipelićka 1 year ago on Google
It's good. Some things are amaizing, and some so&so.Choice is big, try little baclavas with pistacio. The Biggest impresion but in bad way is big boss who is everywhere, watching on every steps of his worker and have own portret on every wall....To much man to much!

  • 5/5 Enrico L. 9 months ago on Google
A fun and delicious local experience! A long line called our attention and the taste is up to the vibe, amazing kunafeh with cheese! Price is great value and service is very fast so even with a long queue it takes only some minutes to get yours. Take it, sit by the sidewalk on the side and enjoy. Extra trick: some people were going to the ice cream shop and asking for a ball on top of it, great hack!

  • 5/5 Sharbel 9 months ago on Google
Crunchy, authentic, and generous portion. You can taste the goodness of the cheese as well! Don't be discouraged by the possible long queue; it moves super fast!

  • 5/5 Walaa Y. 9 months ago on Google
The best Konafa in Amman! Very tasty and always fresh! Expect long queues in the afternoons and evenings, but it usually goes very fast and the Konafa is totally worth the wait :)

Definitely the best Kunafa! Take away service and delicious deserts. Kunafa and kadayif were amazing. Very good price and fast service. Sometimes it’s a bit crowded and you need to wait for it but it’s definitely worth!

  • 5/5 Robert M. 9 months ago on Google
Best kanafa in Jordan. Nothing else to say! Been here since 1951 and after you buy a piece you sit outside and enjoy it as you talk to all the locals doing the same thing you are.

  • 4/5 Ronak G. 7 months ago on Google
This is a small kiosk from Habiba (the larger full shop is just down the road around the corner) serving up the greatest hits of kunefe. The half quarter kilo comes in at just 0.750Jod and is hot, fresh, crispy, cheesy, and absolutely delicious. They're not overwhelmingly sweet, and definitely worth a stop for a dessert after a heavy lunch.

  • 5/5 Abdullah B. 7 months ago on Google
Will keep it simple, sometimes it doesn't taste as great as it can get but still the atmosphere and the history behind it will always remain 5* for me. You can't come to Jordan without having knafeh/funafa at it.

  • 5/5 Natsumi O. 7 months ago on Google • 14 reviews
It seems the kunafa from this store was selected as one of the best 150 desserts in the world. That's probably why there's always a very long queue but the service was quite quick (we waited around 3 minutes for a queue of 20 people). Be ready to pay by cash at the cashier. There were only a few options of treats for several sizes. We had a small portion of kunafe for about 1JOD and it was really filling for two people (especially after dinner) so be prepared.

It’s a local speciality, people say must eat in Jordan. The combination is quite weird, it’s a combination of cheese, sugar (crust) and pistachios. For me way too sweet! It’s something you won’t try anywhere else and it’s super popular. Go for it. Be ready for big queues! ☺️

Best knafeh we had in our lifes! There are at least 3 Habibah locations in Amman where you can buy it. Large portion for 2 shouldn't cost more than 2 JD.

  • 4/5 Shahrukh K. 4 years ago on Google
Long lines and delicious sweets. See a lot of locals eating here. There is no seating area, but you can sit on the steps or pavement. We paid 8 JOD for two half pieces. Found out later we over paid. Seems from the reviews here that its cheaper than that. Hence 4 than 5 stars. Would recommend the visit but ask and check the price.

Fantastic traditional nabulsian sweet, the thing about habibah is that they never changed the recipies as other places, it kept the all original taste for so long, i take my foreign friends when they come to Jordan as it is must go place, it can be really crowdy but still worth it.
