I left the store crying today because of the terrible service we received. I was excited to do two things: 1. pick out my new piece for the holidays and anniversary and 2. get my diamond ring cleaned because a previous person told me to stop by anytime it takes less than 5 minutes. The man helping me said they are way too busy to clean my ring without even knowing it’s platinum and diamond which is a quick clean. I asked 2 times and both he said no without even double checking, he said there is other appointments but didn’t even offer me an appointment. I asked to look at gold bands and he did not care to show me the other options when i asked for it. I found something I liked, but it wasn’t my size. So my husband asked for my size and he said he didn’t have it. After my husband said if you find the right size i will come back to get it, he then started looking probably because he knew we would buy. Even though I wanted it, the Imseeh rep RUINED the experience of the holidays and it is also my anniversary gift. I rather have nothing than how I was treated. I will never go back or recommend this location to anyone.

What happened to the Customer Service at this location Um Uthina, It used to be amazing. Walked in at the Um Uthina location during my visit to jordan in October 2022 to purchase 3 bracelets for my kids I wasn't greeted at the door walked around the store with no contact with any sale people, 4 sale people were available not helping any customers.

The go to location for fine jewelry. It has many locations so it's quite accessible to anyone. I personally go to the Um Uthaina branch and work with Fares. When you walk in there's always a warm welcome and fast service. Coming to the merchandise itself,there is a large selection to satisfy every style and budget. I shop for myself and for gifts and I have never failed to find gorgeous pieces for myself and others no matter how low my budget was. Also,their after sale services and exchange rates are the best in Jordan. Finally, Imseeh is one of the most honest jewlery stores in Jordan. Every piece you buy is truly the quality and quantity of gold and precious gems stated on the bill.

Bad service, after looking at the pieces for babies I didn't like anything, so I decided to custome make a bracelet for a baby girl, they took almost 2 weeks to draw a design I sent them, after I confirmed the design, the person I was dealing with there told me it needs a week and it will be ready, 10 days after that nothing was ready, and not only that, they even didn't start with it nor the order was sent to the workshop!!! Eventhough I explained how much I needed it to be done before a specific date!!!
