Located in abdoun, personally this branch would not be my go to option, as it is too crowded at most times, very spacious tho. We ordered two Spanish sandwiches, one of them came bitten 😂 but cool vibes in general.

Why our Starbucks is not as half as clean as the worst one I have seen in any other place on this earth! Should give it 5 stars if they just give it some efforts, also, I paid for three Americano, the guy went on his own and filled brewed coffee for us! Is it possible they don’t know the difference? Or just being lazy ? I’m really confused about the level of service n amman, people complain of unemployment, then you face people that are not willing to take their job seriously!

Staff were very unhygienic and rude , no one wears gloves , no one have even a clean shave which is the basic for this industry , they forget our order , and when we grabbed a salad from the fridge the employees were rude and removed it saying this is a waste item it cant be purchased after 12

Its Starbucks 🌟, consistent taste. good flavors, i prefer to order the standards coffee from it. I ordered a drive thru order at Abdoun branch.

Unprofessional staff, gave us wrong items instead of the ones we ordered, the staff were chit chatting and acting unprofessionally as if they weren’t even working. Some of the food was completely tasteless, I’ve tried far cheaper coffee houses that offer a better experience. First and last time trying starbucks.

Very very slow service waiting for a couple of drinks and if you include a cheesecake your waiting time gets doubled — they also mix up orders with multiple customers and do not finish up the order without jumping to other orders. Also, they tag all your drinks if you invite friends or family with one name !! This is crazy ⚠️

Very bad service, broken and dirty furniture and the mint citrus tea is not even original from Starbucks anymore. Instead I got a mint tea from twinings?! Very disappointing. Wont come again.

Its my first time here after 5 years, the staff is WAY under qualified, 20 minutes to get my order, they don't know what's the difference of their coffee and you don't feel welcomed at all. Plus the trash is everywhere in the terrace.

First, the parking lot is good but would be busy on occasions. Wait in line not that much and you're not gonna wait to find a good table. Food is tasty and well done and beverages are delicious. Prices are affordable according to the quality and compared with other shops. I recommend you all to visit it. Much respect and appreciation for all staff members and customers.

Smoking area is too small with no decoration. The place is so good but not for smokers.

Most stupidly worthless experience ever! Staff use high pressure sales techniques which was too obvious to me and so irritating. My flat white was awfully disgusting and when raised my complain did not even bother to ask why or ask if I would want something else. Just looked at his colleague and asked him to make me a new one. Honestly was stunned by their bad customer service and terribly awful coffee. Last visit to them for sure! Local brands much better.

Coffee hot and great, staff awesome, they even spelt my name accurately, then the awkwordness occurs, when you get locked on the balcony, just because the door knob is broken and Starbucks dont have enough money from their profits to FIX IT. Oh and no attendees around. The two stars is coz the coffee qnd stuff were great. The 3 stars deduction were due to the broken door knob and being locked out at the balcony. 😳😳🥲😅😅

Very calm place to study/work at. Everyone who works there is very friendly. I wanted a drink that wasn’t available so they said they would make me something else and it was so good. I would definitely recommend you go there to get your work done with your friends and it’s open 24 hours.

If you wanna have something caffeine free, yet fresh and summery, you can have this cocktail with whipped cream on top 👌

Starbucks done right in Amman. Great location, easy parking, and nice outdoor seating options. Great service and excellent baristas. We spent a lot of time here on our vacation and it was always clean. The baristas were always friendly, talented, and personable. The drinks were always perfect and the desserts were also delicious.

I like Starbucks, I cannot say it is the best Americano but it is decent. The cookies is fine as well. The buffalo sandwich is the one i liked the most but it is over priced.

The service is not close to the usual Starbucks quality. I ordered an ice shaken (with coconut milk) and specifically mentioned that I have an allergy to dairy. They made my first and second order with cream. I told them it has dairy, and they eventually made me park ahead of the drive through and would not make a new order without milk. (And I got allergy symptoms from the first sip)

15 min to get coffee on drive thru???? Only 4 cars???? When there is a problem with Visa don't keep doing the same thing with every car... Ask ppl for cash or bring another visa machine or cliq I was late .. the coffee was cold And no way to leave the queue

A very good place to sit, there are wide spaces. Major problem is a one toilet in each floor only, where the huge space in this cafe needs at least 3 toilets per floor. Also its very hard to find an available parking space.

Drive though is very slow. You need to better train your staff to prepare the orders. Before I reach the payment window.

Abdoun 24/hr branch is the best branch to go to, the place is spacious so it was easy to follow the safe distance measures in covid times. The staff are always friendly and kind. The drinks are the same international standards. It would just be perfect if they pay more attention to details such as tables that were used and haven't been clean. Full garbage can between tables and one that i always have to try and get myself the cup handle for hot beverages. A great place always love to go there and a good studying environment.

Very good place. Organized staff and ready to serve. Price for coffee is high. However, you can enjoy the outdoors with friends. Parking is hard and limited at the sounding area. You need to be extra careful when you exit the parking

Extremely disgusting bathrooms! I come to Starbucks abdoun since its the ONLY coffee house that stays 24/7, however. It’s always weird policies in this place such as taking off half of the building after 12 am and people actually don’t find anywhere to sit. Next and the most important trigger is the bathroom! Whoever is responsible for this building should be aware that im not paying 7$ for a cup of coffee. Its the experience im paying for! Bathrooms are always with wet disgusting floor pattered with shoe prints. The seat is nothing better than a public park toilet. You have to clean it yourself (extremely fun experience). Garbage can, oh its filled to double its height with disgusting tissues. And finally, Starbucks is an amazing coffee roasting company. This is a total disgrace to the brand and the experience.

If you like working or studying at night, this one of the rare places that opens 24 hours, however it is a bit noisy outside

What more can you get. The place is spacious, the staff is super friendly and fast with customer orders. The coffee is fantastic, and all other menu items are worth trying.

Excellent drink, unfortunately dirty place. Order the almond milk latte, extra shot, sugar free caramel syrup

The trending drinks not worth as you said or even fresh most of it milk , no strawberry flavor ever. I am disappointed, I ordered it by delivery they did not wrote my name as a nice touch.
