The cashiers are the worst ever. Very arrogant and not helpful. Very bad for a huge franshise such as Pizza Hut. They reallly should hire more helpful team.

I've never met such gloomy waiters. Two girls- they don't know how to handle clients. There is no need to stand, listen and be silent. The other one didn't even know that we had ordered, she threw those dirty books on our table again so that we would deign to choose the menu. The low-quality plates and cutlery were simply supplied so that we could take them ourselves. At least the taste of the food did not disappoint us.

I like the service and atmosphere most. Nice location and well organized. polite staff. Variety of Flavors are good. Taste for pizza is so good. I would rate 4 out of 5.

Food was very bad actually. I was not expected that! You need to improve the food quality and pay attention to hygiene.

This place is a combination of the worst service,taste and price. We ordered wings and found an awful amount of hair in it and there excuse was that it came with the chicken like that

Horrible experience, i ordered delivery, and delivery guy asked me to meet him downstairs, which is an unprofessional request, then the pizza was SO COLD that we needed to microwave it, then it just got worse and the garlic bread tasted off like they rushed it. I dont understand why professionalism is not taken seriously, we will no longer order from here as they have lost their consistency and credibility! An elegant restaurant with delicious food, especially pita, it is very tasty, the service is excellent, and the place is elegant. I recommend visiting it

Best customer service at this location. Poor guys they suffer from their call wrong orders.

Food as usual Pizza Hut is one of my fav pizza spots when it comes to fast food pizzas. Stuffed crust is a key ingredient to which I go there honestly. Staff was a bit stiff and did not feel welcomed while I was there, place was chill though and cozy (Shmesani Branch)

Went for an Iftar meal, it's definitely tasty but there's plenty of pizza shops that offer tastier pizzas.

Not good at all , it seems like the meat was old , even I don’t know how I ate it. The Al Madina almunara st branch is much better and more delicious

We ordered a family meal and a family drink, minutes after ordering, the waiter comes back and informs we are not allowed to order the family drink, claiming it’s for takeouts only, and we must order individual drinks which would be way more expensive. The menu clearly stated “dining-in menu”, yet he just repeated the same sentence…

Ordered for pick up on a Friday evening. The guys at the counter were very slow and even mixed up orders. They took around 15mn to give me my order that was supposed to be ready 30mn ago. It seems that the people dining in were all 'arab tourists 'and some were angry because of slow service Despite that, the food quality is frensh and was OK.

After ordering food from their website and waiting for an hour and a half . , i called them and they said oh u shouldn’t have ordered online u should call us instead and the order u ordered anyway we dont have it available, it was a really bad experience because i never faced such a problem before!

Old is gold 😍 pizza hut is our favorite puzza restaurant and we get used to it and the taste of their food is very good BUT they need to enhance their way of welcoming the customers and return back tge salads bar as it was very special in their branches especially Shmesani branch

They redecorated the space, in live with the new neat style, very nice and welcoming staff and the pizza is irresistible

Hard to disagree that this is the best pizza restaurant in Jordan. At least you know what you are getting and they are always consistent with the taste and quality

The restaurant was good. The food is clean and lite. But they didn't have the famous pizza-hut signature super supreme sandwich...

Had a pretty odd experience for sure, we sat down, chose what we wanted and the waiter came to get our order, then he asked about the drinks and as we saw in the menu, we ordered the family drink and everything went fine, few minutes later the same waiter comes back saying we can't get the family one but rather, we need to order drinks individually which obviously, was much more expensive than a family drink, reason being "the family drink is for takeaways only" even though the menu clearly states its a dining menu, but he just kept repeating the same excuse over and over.
