Staff
is
very
polite
and
innocent
yet
very
inexperienced.
Minimum
skill
for
this
level
of
dining.
I
am
assuming
its
a
huge
jump
for
them;
however
I
cannot
blame
them
because
I
am
sure
they
are
doing
their
best.
Ordered
a
Risotto
that
came
with
dessert
based
whipped
cream
all
over
the
plate
-
manager
claimed
it
was
cheese
based
but
it
was
not
even
salty-neutral
flavored;
instead
it
was
on
a
desert
sweet
sugary
level.
Ordered
a
medium
well
steak
and
it
was
cooked
early
and
came
warm
/
close
to
cold.
Signature
starter
*on
the
house*
is
a
single
hand
held
bite
crepe
piece
per
person
with
a
Crab
Salad
on
top
(Misunderstood
by
the
staff
member
with
no
proper
explanation
or
at
least
minimal
english
language
fluency
communication
standard
of
whats
being
served
(which
could
be
dangerous
for
someone
with
an
allergy.)
I
for
someone
who
does
not
eat
all
seafood
types
swallowed
the
bite
with
the
support
of
several
sips
of
water.
And
on
top
of
that
-
it
was
straight
out
of
the
fridge
and
was
not
even
heated.
Would've
been
better
if
it
wasn't
served.
Waiter
came
in
and
disregarded
the
plates
and
napkins
-
then
provided
the
needed
cutlery
directly
on
the
table
with
no
cover,
napkin
based
or
any
hygienic
standards.
Again
staff
is
very
polite
however
inexperienced
for
what
could
be
an
idea
of
fine
dining
(which
is
not).
Overall
expense
was
not
even
half
of
its
worth,
and
I
would
certainly
not
repeat
this
experience
again.
The
only
two
things
up
to
standard
are
both
the
interior
design
and
the
beverages.
Very
disappointed
for
a
dining
experience
for
a
hotel
chain
with
this
reputation.
