I would love to try it in the morning time too, the garden will look fabulous under the sunlight. They have french, italian and other international options Great service 👍🏻

Segreta restaurant located in the St. Regis hotel Amman is a classy restaurant with international cuisine, French, Italian, and American. A nice setting with a family friendly environment. It's a good place to book special occasions. Staff and chef are top notch. Highly recommend.

The food was delicious, the waiters were helpful and the atmosphere was cozy, nice and calm. Will certainly be coming back.

The place and the service are actually top tier. But the food itself is not the best in my opinion. I'd say is average, but the chicken dish which is the only one I forgot to take a picture of, was above average. Overall the restaurant is a nice experience, but you're not gonna have the best food

It was a very nice and classy restaurant that I really liked! The food the salad was perfect we ordered the quinoa salad and the cherry dressing was delicious... my food (beef blade) was a little bit too salty for me, and the meat cut was too fatty! The desserts were perfect. I really liked the chocolate soufflés The atmosphere is very nice if it wasn't for the music! I liked the restaurant. However, the choice of music is very disturbing and doesn't match the theme of the restaurant and dimmed lighting , so whoever is choosing the music needs to think seriously about his choices again! And maybe not have it that loud, too!

Nice one time experience. Very good service and professional staff. Seating is not comfortable as the sofas are too low for the table and u end up bending forward as back is not supported. Bread os fantastic crispy on outside amd light from inside. Good collection of hot bread. However most of their starters have lots of bread. U end up eating too much fries and bread with starters. Ordered the tuna its ok no big flavours yet the dressings are too strong and overwhelm the dish. Tried the lobster roll ots mostly gigantic bread with splach of some lobster and too much dressing. Beef tenderloin is small piece meat quality not to my desire no sides with it except of two pcs of asparagus. Risotto is good. I had some kind of ricotta pasta it wasnt fascinating. So just a one time experience. My son had chkn he loved it i think it lacked any flavour though it was crisp amd light.

Staff is very polite and innocent yet very inexperienced. Minimum skill for this level of dining. I am assuming its a huge jump for them; however I cannot blame them because I am sure they are doing their best. Ordered a Risotto that came with dessert based whipped cream all over the plate - manager claimed it was cheese based but it was not even salty-neutral flavored; instead it was on a desert sweet sugary level. Ordered a medium well steak and it was cooked early and came warm / close to cold. Signature starter *on the house* is a single hand held bite crepe piece per person with a Crab Salad on top (Misunderstood by the staff member with no proper explanation or at least minimal english language fluency communication standard of whats being served (which could be dangerous for someone with an allergy.) I for someone who does not eat all seafood types swallowed the bite with the support of several sips of water. And on top of that - it was straight out of the fridge and was not even heated. Would've been better if it wasn't served. Waiter came in and disregarded the plates and napkins - then provided the needed cutlery directly on the table with no cover, napkin based or any hygienic standards. Again staff is very polite however inexperienced for what could be an idea of fine dining (which is not). Overall expense was not even half of its worth, and I would certainly not repeat this experience again. The only two things up to standard are both the interior design and the beverages. Very disappointed for a dining experience for a hotel chain with this reputation.

It was the perfect night before I leave Amman. The food, service and atmosphere are nothing short of perfection My highest regards to chef Amin and his amazing butter aged steak which went perfectly with Saifs service Highly recommend and I will most definitely visit again when I am in Amman. Thanks for the great experience

Service and ambience amazing, only reason giving 3 stars. Best part was the bread array. Food looked great, but everything tasted mediocre at best. If you want IG material, good place, otherwise all looks and no substance. Wouldn’t revisit.

Very unprofessional experience! Reserved for Christmas Lunch, they nagged a lot on placing a deposit. Did that, and called to confirm that it would not be deducted from invoice as I would not be the person paying. Called today to ask about the Deposit refund. The reply was that the deposit was discounted from the invoice. Very sad to see such unprofessional personnel handling such a 5-Star Hotel Outlet !

You’re in a culinary delight while in Jordan at Segerta. Excellent ambience, service and creative dishes. I was lucky to speak to the head Chef (Farah) who was generous enough with his time. learned about the Micro-greens they use. All local. All passion. All Jordan.

Amazing food, especially the beef carpaccio and brisket sliders. Lovely place and staff.

The music, service, staff and natural light (during the day) are just amazing! Now when it comes to the food, i loved the beef tartare and the seabass tartare. The balance of flavors and creativity in both dishes were perfect m. The presentation is also remarkable. I totally recommend if you’re staying in Amman.
