IT TAKES FOREVER AND SOMETIMES THEY NEVER ARRIVE! Nobody answers the phone from all of the office, no tracking your items and no body offers help. Employees are rude and they usually dont know the answer to the simplest things!! This needs to be upgraded as this is the main mail service in Jordan!

This place is perfectly fine for mailing postcards and the service is fast

Many of my parcels have been sent back to the original country because the employees couldn't understand the address on them or didn't call me at all to tell me that they have arrived! Except for Hai Nazzal office they are really good and helpful.

Terrible experience. The location was completely empty and I arrived at 2 in the afternoon to use the Moneygram service but the individual hired to do his job was having a personal conversation on the phone so I was asked to return 30 minutes later. I expect to be made priority as a client. Instead, I just went across the street to another outlet. There is no shortage of money remittance services in the area who will gladly help you out. Unfortunately, this is perhaps not the case for postal services.

Great service! they have a variety of money transfer options that are not available in other exchange houses. The only place that offer both Money Gram and Western Union

Went to send a registered mail but I was told the internet connection was down. Terrible infrastructure.

They don't answer the phone. Tracking on their site is not usable. Things get "lost" all the time and never arrive. Might as well get to the country that your goods are from and come back, it's faster and more reliable. Just shut it down! It is basically a distraction service for amazon and other online purchases.

The wors service!! i dont recommend any package or mail trough this offices!! my items been stook there for more than 2 weeks even when i paid express mail! iTEM DESPCHED FROM USA!
