good Lebanese Cuisine Restaurant Amazing food service can be improved not really fair prices they have healthy wraps options in the menu one of a few 24/7 service the best dish for me is mighty kafta fresh and clean and is good for quickly And light snacks you can also have your meal outside good for the breakfast and dinner

Very nice restaurant and very clean. The food is really good. The bathrooms are very clean and organized. The employees are polite and experienced great customer service.

Good food but extremely bad service.

If you're familiar with the franchise from Lebanon, you'll be pleased to learn that the quality is consistent in the Amman branch. Very tasty Lebanese and middle eastern pastries, and some other surprise dishes too. Recommended.

If less is possible it deserves less than one star. Bad food (it tastes even old), bad service, bad atmosphere and expensive prices.

Highly disappointed! I came with the family and it was around 1pm and there was only 2 other tables at the restaurant and still the service was horrible. The server came with attitude, the table and the floor was filthy, no napkins and hand sanitizer on the tables unless you ask for it and even when you ask for it they bring you 3 or 4 napkins. Food was okay and overpriced for such poor service and atmosphere. Wouldn’t recommend it nor try it again. 👎🏻

Loved this place, it was clean, the food was fantastic especially the dough it was very delicious, I highly recommend it

Nice place, it has healthy options for sandwiches, even in their menu they have written calories of each sandwich, and fresh juices is available, if you are on certain diet and want to count your calories this is the best place to eat out, it was pleasant surprise to see they have baked falafel and brown bread

Sad dismal place. It look like abandoned resturant. Service is poor, and the food quality below standard. I ordered a chicken wrap and Ceasars salad, and simply the salad is filled with vinegar. The same with wrao, as the chicken dripping oil and look like it's frozen. Overall experience is bad

Great food, same as in Lebanon. However, surpisingly, the service was really poor when compared to the Lebanese branches. The prices are also relatively high but if you are craving Manaqeesh this is the best place.

Comparing the food to other branches of Zatar wa Zait ( KSA, Dubai and Lebanon ). I give it 3 out of 10. Personal hygiene in the restaurant ( Makkah street ) is bad, no gloves, no face mask or any sort of protection. In addition to that, the food didn’t come in the restaurant boxes ( you can see the photo ) to be honest I don’t know if the boxes are for the same group or no. Usually I eat Zatar wa Zait on regular bases, but the one I tasted today, not it. Was disappointed, it’s one of my favorite Restaurants.

Looks like a deserted place, we were there at almost 10am they were just cleaning and almost empty except of 2 tables. I was scared to eat but surprisingly food was good as usual
