Jobedu always been my favorite local T-shirt place Recently i made a collaboration with them To use their own shirts with my own print design and the result was a disaster The worst decision i have ever made The baseball shirts quality are very low and bad and the prints after 2 washes faded away. Plus it was very expensive 🙃 I don’t know what’s going on with the company but it’s not the same . They had a big name worldwide but i don’t think it will stay with this quality and work they provide now. Very disappointed.

I’m basically rating my after service experience. I bought 3 hoodies and 2 tshirts online and paid a lot of money. One of the hoodies was not what I expected so I decided to return it within the allowed period, I went to their store and there was very limited collection and no sizes to choose from so I asked the representative if they can order some tshirts/sizes to exchange it with the one I bought but she refused giving me an excuse how I can only order them online and they can’t be delivered to the store. So basically you have no luck exchanging anything after sale unless it’s one of their basic collection. Horrible experience. Never again.

I was blocked on Instagram for making a complaint against a customer representative. According to your website, your customer service is available from 8am-8pm. I called at 8:30 am and your representative asked to call me back to answer my questions implying it was too early. I made an order which I would now like to cancel because of your poor customer support and now because you block customers for no good reason.

It was so sad to see how low the t-shirts material quality was. I have bought in the past from this, and at the time the quality was acceptable.

Customer service is more than bad, there is no clear policy for exchange, even exchange process is extremely bad!!! Exchange costs me two failed exchange visits in addition to the employee attitude which is bad…. I recommend them only for shop purchases, online purchases they are poor and they needs improvement…. I bought twice online and would be last time for them

Worst experience ever!! They over promised under delivered! Took them forever to deliver the merchandise (which is net delivered yet) and never responded back, claiming “system error “!! Never again.. !!

Got 12 t-shirts last week. Yesterday washed a couple of them by hand with cold water from tab, and they shrinked!!!!

Great place, great clothes, but most of the things you see on the website are not available in the shop, you must order online and wait for it to be delivered within a week.

Love going to Jobedu. Super friendly crew, always accomodating. It's a mandatory stop every year when visiting Amman. Great for gifts. There's a t-shirt for everyone.

I visited in 2016 and I was overwhelmed by the many fun and interesting choices of design. I bought several shirts and was happy with them, they’re of amazing quality as well. I visited again in 2021, and was super disappointed at the lack of creativity in their designs. What happened? At least bring some of the old stuff back.

Jobedu is one of the most popular places for funky t-shirts. The place sells clothes that are produced locally with a creative touch that each design has its own story behind, all you have to do is get in and ask the sales person guide you through your journey. Most importantly, the quality of the clothes is really high specially the t-shirts they don't shrink after washing them! I highly recommend the place, most of my t-shirts are bought from here

They sell Jordanian funny graphic t-shirts.. I've enjoyed my time looking for t-shirts for my nephews and nieces... Thanks Ramzi and everyone for the help

T-shirt graphics were very creative, and the shirts were soft and of quality. The owner was real nice and helpful. Love this store! InshAllah they start shipping to other countries as well. Would definitely be a returning customer.

I went to the store and I didn’t find anything, so they’ve told me to order from the website and they will bring it to the store and then they’ll contact me to get the order. I’ve been waiting for 11 days, no response, when I called the customer service they said sorry but your order is on hold because there are some items out of stock so I gotta wait till they make a new one I asked for a refund then

Very good quality clothes, comfy and affordable. I'd recommend ordering your clothes from their website because you will find more options there in both sizes and colors. The store is a great place to visit to find your measurements and try out clothes, see how they look like in real life. Their delivery services are very professional and friendly as well. And they provide you with the option of paying cash on delivery here in Jordan. 10/10
