I did a maintenance for my watch. Excellent service staff. The lady is very nice and helpful. I waited for about 15 minutes for the service to finish. The place is clean and smells fresh.

Worst after sale service period

Show rooms people are great. But service center staff in Um Uthaina need a customer service training. We buy high quality watches not Falafel. With all respect to Falafel restaurants. Every visit for me to the service center to change battery, I see both the clients and one of employees screaming at each other. And the staff don't put an effort to solve it peacefully.

I bought Alpa watch ..it was supposed to be made in Japan but on the watch which cost 100 it is written chinese

The staff is RUDE at this branch. I went to alsweifieh branch afterwards, they were extremely helpful and friendly, also, made another purchase within a week from city mall, they were awesome.
