The food is good, prices are good the one star rate is for rude staff! Both of the guys that works there at the front have no respect.

The serves here is very bad. Waited too long for my turn to order because the cashier was slow. And also waited even more for my order to be ready because, as the workers said, the oil's temperature was not high enough. Although, the meal was very delicious and I liked it.

Super fast 💨 Popeyes and the chicken sandwich and fries are good enough 🍟, and the seating area is very spacious, my only disappointment that the toilet is really small and there’s no separated sink for washing hands.

Best fried chicken in Jordan 🍗 I alwaus order via their delivery service, first time visiting their branch. The service is quite my order took around 30 minutes to be ready. But I guess this is justifiable because the food was fresh and made to order, so you can guarantee a hot, fresh meal. The staff were helpful and have a good attitude, I had a big order, so they checked it twice to make sure everything is right, and they went the extra mile to give me freshly cooked food. On another note, it's on the pricier side of fast food chains in Jordan.

Bought the 20 piece family dinner to go and they didn't give us the cosla with it, try to call the restaurant and the phone judt ring and ring bad services bad location.

Really disappointed !!! Waited for 30 mins on drive thru for "The Sandwich" combo and nuggets !!! I had to cancel the order and refund my money, dont recommend drive thru after a very bad experience.

I guess cos its an USA chain restaurant the food follows a standard. However, by far this is the worst customer service ever! They forgot my order and had to wait half an hour at night to get my order ! What a shame ! Should be reported the headquarter
