The quality of the furniture is good, but the service is extremely bad. We made an order in July that was supposed to have been done by August, but it got delivered in October. The other order was made in September, promised to arrive in 3 weeks but it has not arrived yet either.

Bad customer service, my aunt waited 3 months to get her furniture and they’re all coming at separate times in long intervals. When my mother ordered from them they took about 4/5 months to complete our order and my bed rotted, bad quality. Wooden furniture was also scratched. I don’t recommend. Save your time and money and go shop elsewhere.

This is the second time to write a review, I think my last review was removed. Ordered a table & took them three month to deliver. I had the table for a month, cracked in the middle before even using it. Now waiting for them to pass by & pick it up to check if it can be fixed. Quality isn't good at all. Customer service guy was helpful but I guess their rules & policies needs to be checked. Not recommended brand.

They are not honest with there costumers and if they tell you 3 week they mean 3 months I advise you not to buy from this place as it’s very bad in timing.

The worst experience you can find in a showroom. I bought two table lamps and received them in wrapped. When I opened them, I found them in two different sizes. When I contacted customer service, they kept lying repeatedly about refunding money. So I visited the showroom to talk to the manager and he was very rude and a bigger liar. i wish i can give them zero stars.

I WISH IF I CAN PUT (ZERO STAR) Worst customer experience ever seen!!! delays in delivery date! Told us 4-6 weeks, buts the furniture arrives after 2-3 months!!!! And the furniture don't match the employees description!! And when you claim they take there furniture and leave your house with No furniture to bring another one so you have to wait another 2 months. Then the new furniture damages in a short time and the bad quality appear. Fake name, bad service Once you pay they will never refund even if its there mistake.

I bought a sofa, coffee table and a side table. Delivered and I am happy with the product and service. Selection was less than I expected. Delivery got delayed by a day. I was not told about until I called asking for my furniture the day of delivery. Delivery on the next day was off by a couple of hours from promised time. Delivery team was nice, courteous and professional. Handled furniture with care.

The one Furniture not only has a great selection of high quality furniture but also has a great team happy to help you to create the finish you desire. After having such a large request for one set of furniture, they happily held onto these and provided me with the perfect delivery day that suited me. I will not hesitate to use them again. Please do yourself a favour and if you have a question call them.

Rude staff who simply have no respect to customers or provide any attention to their need. Apparently they care less about the customer experience and the mother company doesn't pay any attention to how their employee behave or function. Worst custo.er experience ever.

Very dishonest and disastrous people ever. A fully paid order is taking them more than 5 months to deliver and yet isn’t delivered. . Wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy, shop or deal with you.

The accessories are really nice but the store is very expensive. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The furniture is good quality but not good enough for the price 😅😅
