Café Haroun is located in a very strategic area in Abdoun. They have nice setup outside and inside. The washroom is big, well decorated, and generally clean. The stuff generally are nice and welcoming. I ordered kiwi with lemon juice which was ok (but it was water more than the kiwi and the lemon) I ordered fillet steak (small slices), which was presented in a nice way and served with a big bread. I did not understand why this dish is served with a big bread cuz there is no dips but the steak sauce that was not that much (the concept of the bread did not match with this dish). However, the meat was tender and good. My friend ordered pizza which was good for her. I think the prices are reasonable generally. The cafè is nice and the experience was nice generally.

So bad service we got sat on a dirty table and they cleaned half of it and never came back to clean the rest or give us the menu’s for over than 30 minutes. Even though they were not busy at all ,Then the hookah charcoal guy walks by so i ask him if we gonna get any service or menu he got us the menu and we ask what flavor they have since there menu says nothing about the flavor he said about 3 flavors. Cafe this big should have better service or management .

Nice, decorative exterior, service was a little slow, staff was kind, but extremely pricey. Myself and my partner only ordered 2 drinks, 2 sweets and shisha and it was $44 USD. Not really impressed that much to return and spend as much for so little but good experience overall.

Three stars is on the seating area, which is absolutely beautiful. The prices are quite good too. However, it took them 1.5 hrs to get us the food and they were not even busy, and the chicken dish was super dry. Update in july 2022- they're still sloooooooow . If it wasn't for a good seating I'd never go again. Waste of time.

Overrated place. Food is disgusting, shisha is even more disgusting. Their food is literally frozen all they do it heat it up and it’s tasteless.

Nice place to spend a summer night in Amman, service was pretty good and the food as well. Hookah was bad otherwise everything else was okay.

I ordered steak and rocca salad. The Rocca salad was perfect, the steak portion was big (compared to the price good value for money but it is more an American standard portion), the vegetables around it was not great so I mainly ate the steak.

The place is very beautiful in regard to the setting and decoration. However, the service is very slow and not what would be expected from a place like with high traffic. The AC was set at a high temperature and didn't cool the place. The ashtrays were dirty and were not replaced. The food was ok.

Chill cafe with delicious food, friendly staff and delicious drinks. The shisha is overpriced and frankly not even good. Parking situation is horrible. I arrived 4 minutes before my female friends and was asked a million times when are they coming cause "families only" area mentality.

We went there and played cards and ordered sweets (Kinafeh). The taste wasn't that much, the place is overrated and overpriced. The staff are friendly. Probably not gona visit again

Horrible place to chill. Don’t recommend at all. First the server took forever to even acknowledge our table. Then the food and the hooka was really bad.

The only nice thing about this place was the atmosphere and location. The service was sub par, no good. Took long wait times to receive our order, and they forgot to bring parts of our order. Secondly, the meats were not fully cooked. Way overpriced in regards to the quality of food you receive.

Worst service ever as a vegetarian i politely asked for manakesh cheese and they said no we don’t serve breakfast, and manakesh was not in the breakfast menu however the chef insisted he will not make a mankusheh although he can make pizza! Nice view and sitting but bad service and management 👎🏻👎🏻

This place was absolutely amazing and the staff were so down to earth. The hookah was so good. I wish I knew this place before.

Horrible horrible customer service. Called at 1 pm to ask if there’s cards and they said there is only to arrive and tell us they dont offer cards before a certain time ????? They said they’ll ask the manager 3 times, no one did, we asked to see the manager and he didnt condescend to come talk to us, we then asked for the receipt and told the waiter we’re very disappointed and wanted to leave who also wanted to Inform the manager all to no avail. I gave this cafe a second chance, but I guess some things dont deserve second chances. And we’re still waiting for the manager,lol bye.

Nice cozy place. Nice entrance. Decoration. Kind workers. Nice sitting places. Good variety of menu. Little expensive. You can have shisha and smoke there. You can watch your game. If you feel cold they will give you blanket 😂. Why 3 stars is just personal preference and the tea was so light like iam drinking water with cadmium.

My family and I came to this place to be able to have some good food because we heard good stuff about it. We ordered food and then waited around 45 minutes until it arrived and the place was empty. When we received the food, it was cold. As it was sitting in the kitchen for awhile. And the place looks really unstaffed. Not satisfied.

The location of the store is great. Has plenty of nice seating areas as well as the open terrace which was very chill. On the downside however it had very limited menu options, service was terrible and the place was very pricy for what they offered. I would say it's a great place for people who enjoy smoking hookah, I'm not one of them unfortunately. All in all it's an average place.

Love this place where you can enjoy ur time the most, keep the good customer service going..

Looks nice but the service was garbage, got ignored for a long time. The menu doesn't even list their shisha flavors and while it's affordable by western standards it's 2-3x more expensive than anything else around.
