A huge scam! The staff at the reception dont give you a clear explanation of what the experience is. We directly asked the receptionist if there will be any touching or hitting at the Asylum room and she said no, and made us sign a clearance form. Once we went down to the room, the guide told us that there will be hitting and the use of electric teasers!! And the receptionist only said that to make us sign the clearance form. There was a man with a plastic pipe waving and slapping everyone with it, and another with an electric teaser. We were 8 people stuck in 2x2 room, while the limit was only 7 people and they didnt bother to tell us that when reserving! Rude Staff. Only care about money and even willing to lie for it. Would not recommend it to anyone. I dont know how no one has shut it down yet.

The staff is rude. They make you pay and sign a form before explaining anything about the phobia house so that you can’t get a refund if you change your mind. Would rather go somewhere with light hearted staff that can politely communicate with you.

Staff were rude and saying we swore at them when we did not, he said he had evidence although he refused to show us worst experience and all of my friends agree with me

The staff was rude, they said that the room fits 7-8 people, but the room was too crowded, and nowhere to move, there is no puzzles to solve, you only have to keep running for amount of time until they decide to let you out to the next room, they were not clear about the game, said no touching or hitting but you could get hit if you make a wrong move, wouldn't recommend at all 👎🏻👎🏻

I was expecting a hospital with a bigger space but its only a small room that should have max 4 ppl, they let us reserve and go in while we’re 8 ppl which made the experience bad, they don’t give you an actual goal to achieve, and you’re only supposed to keep surviving that room until they decide to let you out. They’re very vague and they changed what they said multiple times which is not very professional and feels like they only care about getting your money.

Omg if your going to phobia be mentally and physically prepared a lot of tuning and staying quiet and be mentally prepared it’s very terrifying

Amazing! Tried it 3 times and never get bored of it!! Its absolutely fun and scary at the same time i recommend zombie room its full of mysteries and solving while mental room is lots of movement YOU HAVE TO TRY IT!!😁😁🤍

The best bakery I’ve ever seen they the beat bread in the city and the bathrooms are so clean the design of the bakery is better than my house the staff was so beautiful and so not likable because they’re so lovely at the end of this very amazing beautiful experience I don’t recommend any one to visit this bakery they make tasty cake

I went to phobia: zombies. And as a person who doesn't easily get scared... I was terrified, panicking, and downright shaking! Best worst experience ong! 💯 recommend

I would not recommend. Staff were nice but the experience was short, pointless and not worth the money paid. It was like a game of tag or Tom and Jerry, They didn’t follow the rules of the game or instructions they set at the beginning, there were no puzzles to solve, you’re just walking from one room to another with a clown screaming in your face 😐 Boring, not worth it.

Amazing acting in mental hospital it’s almost realistic. Make sure you know what you’re getting into. Overall it was a blast
