Hoje dia 11 de Agosto de 2015 tinha agendado consulta para as 19 h. ao qual faltavam 10 minutos para as 19 h. quando cheguei, e fui informado que teria que aguardar 1º 30 minutos, eu questionei se era mesmo só 30 minutos, o que a assistente foi confirmar com a dtrª e falou que poderia chegar aos 45 minutos, o que achei um absurdo visto ter que esperar até 45 minutos, se marco para as 19 h. e sou atendido as 19:10 h tudo bem, agora 45 minutos não aceito porque existe o telefone para se avisar os clientes e se já sabiam que poderia demorar avisavam e eu escusava de ir para o centro dentário, fiquei aborrecido com a situação e falta de atenção para com o cliente, visto já ter acontecido outras vezes, reclamo e desisto do plano de tratamentos, não aconselho esta clinica a ninguem por falta de organização,tinha um plano para iniciar com a minha filha ao qual já tenho orçamento e não vou avançar por estes motivos. Espaço sempre higienizado, colaboradoras atenciosas e simpáticas e têm vários acordos.

Aceitam pacientes mas a verdade é que não têm tempo nem agenda para eles portanto não recomendo de todo. Antes de aceitarem mais pessoas para ter dinheiro a entrar deviam preocupar-se em garantir o mínimo de acompanhamento dos clientes que já estão vinculados com a clínica.

O Doutor António é um incompetente, não sabe fazer nada do que lhe é pedido. É uma pena, pois algumas das senhoras que lá trabalham são super simpáticas e só por isso é que dou uma estrela.

E sabendo eu que noutras clínicas como por exemplo a CUF me foi cobrado 8€. E sabendo todos nós que o estado comparticipa a fundo perdido todo este material máscara álcool gel etc... agradeço que sejam conscientes e retifiquem o valor.
