This is the best gym I have ever visited in Amritsar. I mean they have all the required equipments and the machines are so well maintained. I get to meet the best people here. I want to put more then 5 starts in the review but I guess don’t have that option. Must visit gym. The best gym in entire ASR. The staff is also very friendly and helping.

Amazing gym west western countries standard. Loved it ! Cafe & open cross for area is the cherry on cake. I went quite early in morning and it was amazing to work out in the open area followed by a nice nutritious meal.

Top of the line équipement. Enough for everyone so I don’t have to wait. Very clean and tidy premises. Personal trainers are experienced and accommodating to your schedules. My wife loves the spinning studio and spa experience and this has become a regular routine. :) Locker rooms with plenty of storage for my personal belongings while I am in my cross fit classes and just socializing and gyming. Great experience dealing with the staff and certainly looking for long term commitment for a health Choice.
