Was part of a group from Kerala. Right from arriving in Amritsar last Saturday till today we were taken around the city and to Dalhousie, Dharmshala,Waga border etc , in your tempo traveller. Thanks for your splendid service and special mention of our driver Mr. Harvinder pal Singh. His behaviour with us was something more than a driver, being new to the place he took extra care of all and was kind enough to stop the vehicle midway, when we had some health issues. Special thanks to him. I recommend him for long trips as he is the best person to move along.

Extremely good experience . The driver and guide Rana was amazing he took us around to all the points and made sure we had a great time , also all the dhabas we stopped by had amazing food. We had taken a tempo traveller for friends group from Amritsar to dalhosie -dharmshala - Manali to shimla and drop to Chandigarh. Service provided by RK holidays was very good. Dont go with the reviews in google as we had Worst experience with the kind of service they provided , at the time of booking he said we are providing luxury cabs but when got into cab he dropped at golden temple and left for work....he said AC is not working so getting repaired...we were 16 members including kids and elders...we had to wait for him in too hot weather for almost 2 hours, finally we took auto to visit the attari border otherwise we would have missed waiting for him. During the booking they will talk very nicely to get booking but after that no professional talk.

We had taken a cab from Amritsar to Shimla - Manali and back to Chandigarh. Service provided by RK holidays was very good. We had taken an Innova crysta . The car was well maintained neat and clean. The car driver Mr. Rana was very polite and helpful especially with arrangements for sight seeing at Shimla and Manali.Overall experience was very good

This the second bad experience with this Taxi service. First during and intercity travel the fast tag was not working properly and wasted 10-15 mins at almost every toll. Second time I requested for Airport transfer, Innova at 11.45 PM at night and it came late by 15 mins and the driver was not tying our luggage on the carrier with a rope. Only after I myself took down the luggage from the carrier, then driver agreed to tie the luggage. This angered me and I cancelled the taxi. This seems like a fly by night operator with some artificial jacking of reviews. This operator cannot be trusted because I have heard luggage being stolen on the way in this way.

Amazing service, top notch communication everything was done via whatsapp without a hitch. Vey polite and courageous a d friendly driver. Our journey was from Amritsar airport to Manali and back. Superb experience highly recommend anyone who wants a prompt and reliable taxi service.

I would repeat to what good things most have written. I would rather add "reliability". My entire booking was on phone and WhatsApp. But the cab, the driver were really great. No hassle on amount to be paid, which is invariably a matter of conflict at most of the places I hv used. You can simply avail of their services.

What is the best thing to know When we book a car, we feel scared that we don't know how the driver will be, how he will talk, what is there and what is not there. We think of many things in our mind, but sometimes we find some drivers who are just like that. The way of talking is good, now off talking is very good, drives well, understands everything, plus at the same time provides comfortable zone to his clients. I liked it. I have booked a car from Amritsar to Manali at a very good rate and I will always book the same car from next time
