We recently had a long (10days) trip in Himachal Pradesh with Hawks Travels. Right from the beginning, owner Siddhu Ji was very nice and courteous. Without much negotiations, he gave us a very good quotation for the whole trip. The vehicle was in a very good condition as promised by him. Driver Lakhwinder Singh was an absolutely wonderful person. His driving skills were excellent and he knew the area by the back of his hand. He was very calm, patient and helpful. He put safety first before anything else and was very punctual.

We travelled to Dalhousie and Dharmashala by this travel and our driver was sonu. He was a very nice man , patience and use to tell everything abt the place and give us sufficient time to see. Infact during our travel he fell down in the washroom and he had hurt his back he dint even tell us at that and by looking at his face we identified and asked later he took a tablet and was fine. We told him if u r not well pls arrange other driver instead of u and u can go back but he said he had taken the responsibility of our trip and he took care very nicely. We had hired Hawks Taxi Crysta In nova for 5 days from Oct 5 -Oct 9 2022. Though we were from southindia Bangalore we never felt apart. Paramjit Singh took us to all best restaurants for lunch and dinner. 2 days Amristar local sight seeing and 3 days dharmashala. Paramjit Singh was our Driver and he was so humble,Polite, Respectful and very caring all 5 days. Paramjit Singh driving was so safe that we never felt any issues all 5 days. Paramjeet Singh ji was excellent throughout our trip from Amritsar to Sangla, Kalpa, and Shimla back to Chandigarh. Wonderful experience with very good courtesy, hospitality, care and behaviour by Paramjeet ji. Car condition was also very good. Overall excellent.

The taxi services has been great ! We came from Australia and this was our first trip to India. Paramjeet was our driver for 3 days. He picked us up from Katra and drove us to Amritsar. For the next few days he took us around on historic places to Visit, nice restaurants he not only made sure our safety was important but also assisted as a guide .
