I
visited
Amandeep
medicity
for
my
mother's
check
up
in
OPD.
Dr
Yadvinder
adviced
us
for
admission
and
during
this
admission
my
experience
was
as
following.
I
have
divided
this
in
six
sections.
These
are
as
following:-
1.
Consultant
-
Dr
Yadvinder
Singh
MD,
DM
(Cardiology)
I
give
him
ten
out
of
ten.
This
is
the
first
time
he
has
decided
to
keep
the
patient
in
house
(admission)
in
last
fifteen
years.
He
is
such
a
legend
and
giving
hopes
to
the
hopeless.

Medical
Officer
:-
Although
there
are
too
many
M.O's
but
at
night
there
is
hardly
and
M.O
present
on
3rd
floor
where
my
patients
was
admitted.
M.O's
are
well
mannered.
It's
a
plus
point
for
the
organisation
but
still
the
management
have
to
look
into
the
matter.

Nursing
:-
While
nurses
are
the
back
bone
of
any
hospital.
This
hospital,
I
think
lacking
from
the
nurses
patient
ratio.
As
per
my
observation,
there
was
too
much
work
load
on
the
nurses.
My
patient
was
admitted
at
1402
hours
and
the
bed
was
provided
to
the
patient
after
1500
or
may
be
later
I
am
not
dam
sure
but
it
took
more
than
an
hour
coming
back
to
the
nurses
l,
soon
after
the
patient
was
on
bed
vitals
should
be
checked
and
treatment
has
been
started
accordingly.
No
nurse
entertain
the
patient
but
A
senior
doctor
Dr
Rohit
assessed
soon
after
a
wel
mannered
M.O
@
1700hours.
Dr.
Yadvinder
prescribed
a
drug
while
he
was
on
his
evening
round
but
that
drug
was
not
given
to
the
patient
and
the
same
drug
has
been
administered
after
I
ask
that
was
it
given
sister
ji....???
and
she
said
not
yet
and
patient
was
complaining
for
pain
many
times
no
one
listened.@.
03:00
am
next
day
the
same
drug
which
was
prescribed
at
20:00hours
last
day
(approximately
timing)
by
Dr.
Yadvinder
was
given.
Patient
need
blanket
as
it
was
freezing
situation
for
her
.She
asked
for
blanket
but
the
answer
was
"Aunty
ji,
Sade
kolo
hor
chaddar
heni".
Next
day,
I
came
from
all
the
way
from
jalandhar
to
give
her
blankets.
I
think
management
should
have
to
look
into
this
matter.

@
Night
there
must
be
a
supervisor
round
to
check
the
services.

Lab
Services:-
Except
all
the
timing
must
be
on
lesser
side.
Even
a
single
test
took
more
than
2
hours.

Radiology
and
Imaging:-
The
services
provided
by
the
department
are
good
and
the
behaviour
of
the
radiologist
was
quite
well.
Patient
was
satisfied.

Note
:-
These
suggestion
which
I
am
writing
here
are
only
for
improvement
not
to
punish
anyone
because
it's
not
the
fault
of
anyone
but
it
should
be
in
a
mannered
way.
Nurses
are
playing
there
role
quite
well
but
should
be
the
allocation
must
be
on
acuity
based.
At
the
end
just
to
conclude
that
it
was
an
okay
okay
performance
which
needs
to
be
on
the
higher
side
as
per
the
Name
of
the
Hospital.
