We had a fantastic stay at De Manora Homes. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom really generously sized (with lovely shower). The staff & caretaker at the De Manora were wonderful: kind, helpful and welcoming. I worked on my laptop in the common sitting area. The owner is helpful and knowledgeable about the nearby attractions, specially Golden Temple must visit spots, War Memorial & Atari border, cuisines must try in Amritsar. We really enjoyed staying in the area, it was near to all the attractions in Amritsar . Highly recommend this home! We loved our stay.

Loved the place, cleanliness was 10/10 and the Host was very nice and welcoming. He gave a proper brief history of the golden temple which was really helpful and informative. So I would suggest you to give him time to explain the history of the temple. The service was literally 24/7. Would totally recommend this place. Also if you book directly through call you get discounted price rather than 3rd party apps.

Loved, loved, loved the stay, everything from the moment we arrived till when we left was an amazing experience. The owner really captivates your attention with his extensive knowledge about the Golden Temple and it’s glorified past. One should definitely look out for this property if they ever plan to visit Amritsar. One pro tip though, if you do love yourselves a sweet sweet discount then do book your stay directly rather than a third party booking app.

The hotel was amazing! It is a small property but maintained with so much love and consideration that it feels like home. Right from check in, Mr. Gurmehar Singh, the owner, made sure we were comfortable and took out time to tell us about the Golden Temple so that we can enjoy our visit the next day to the fullest! Not to forget the food at the hotel, it was always delicious and the home cooked meals were the best part at the end of a long day. We stayed for 2 nights and was extremely happy about the entire stay. Location wise the hotel is also really convenient- being close to the airport. Attari border, War memorial museum and Golden Temple are also close by. This cozy, luxurious yet affordable hotel is highly recommended. I am sure everyone would enjoy the quiet stay here.

It was a great experience during our stay here. The owner Gurmehar ji takes care of all your needs and requests and he explains the significance of the Golden Temple. I will suggest people visiting Amritsar first time to book this place and have a detailed explanation from him. The rooms are great to stay with clean and cozy rooms, the hotel is very near to Railway station. I will suggest to book this hotel and be hassle free for your whole trip at Amritsar. Value for money place. The set up is so spacious and so are the rooms. Impressed with the cleanliness of the place, the linens, the humbleness and courteousness of the staff. The host was super amazing and demonstrates a perfect example of leading from the front. He keeps a close watch on how the staff cleans the rooms and goes the extra way to help and guide his guests. Would recommend this place for family stay.
