Great time spent in Hk Clarks inn Amritsar. Service provided by the management was good. Staffs are very polite and helpful special thanks to ms. Satbir kaur and manager Mr. Deepak was very co operative. Really enjoyed the stay here and will recommend to others as well.

During a recent work-related journey, I had the chance to visit Amritsar and was extremely satisfied with my decision to reserve an executive suite at HK Clarks Inn Amritsar. The hotel's rates were reasonable while still providing exceptional room accommodations and services. It was a cost-effective option that surpassed my expectations. I would like to extend my gratitude to the entire team and management for their efforts.

The Hotel is in central location, that's about all that is truly good. We were 2 families, with 6 children between us, booked 2x triple rooms and 2 double rooms, when we arrived at almost midnight the extra beds were not there and when they brought them we were shocked, they basically provided a hard foldable table with a thin mattress, upun request it was exchanged to an equaly unsuitable bed. Rooms smelled gross, bathroom in one room smelled of urine. Breakfast service very slow, it took forever for the staff to notice you and serve you. Bar on roof nice view, cocktails good. The "gym" was a joke, not bigger than the a bathroom and stuffed with chairs in the morning when I wanted to use it. Overall, never again.

The rooftop bar with pool and open area is good, has a pretty view of the city in evening/nighttime with live singing on lower terrace. Can't go into the pool though. Food is nice. Everything is little sweetened to my taste but it's good. Service is little slow, especially during parties/gatherings in Jade and Topaz areas. Haven't tried the coffee restaurant though. Overall it's good.

Worst hotel ever. I went on a trip to amritsar from school. They asked us to give the room keys for cleaning As we went out ,their staff checked our luggage and stole money. don't waste your money at this hotel. The buffet here was also not good. You'll find far better hotels.

Most pathetic service....we asked for ice they said we don't have since it's cold so we are supposed to hv our drinks without ice because they feel so, then we asked for a lighter to light a candle coz one of friends had birthday they refused saying we don't hv a match box or a lighter....leave 3 star...lts worser then station lodges also...... pathetic The reception guy palwinder, n there so called housekeeping 444 number which apparantly some cashier picks, no hospitality aesthetics at all........very bad service....super pathetic n sad to see such state of services...if you cannot hire good staff shut down hotel

Stayed at this property for 2 days with my 19months infant. Not at all worth. Rooms were stinking and bathroom shower was over my head as I went for bath. Wardrobe was stinking very badly. As I checked-in I complained at reception but even after 2 days my problem was not solved. Ordered milk for baby at 10pm and I was informed by restaurant manager baby food is complimentary. During Checkout they charged me it. Very poor coordination between staff. Not at all recommended for families with infants.

Very caring staff. Took a lot of effort to locate some lost property. GM was wonderful. Really recommend this hotel.

Some Hidden charges , with the name of mini bar , packets of biscuits and cold drinks , which prices are rupees 20,30, 40, 50 but they charged 100 for each during check out so please be aware.

yesterday i have visited this place as i am from amritsar and i seldomly visited many restraunt with family but as per their service expercience it was literally Rubbish. I never recommend the rooftop dinein as they charging over price just a wastage of money.

The property is on of the best at its location. I am very much satisfied with service rendered and behavior of staff is very polite and friendly. Quality and taste of food are good. Last but not the least the cost is very nominal.

overall experience was good but the staff management was wrost and the service was also not so good. Please don't come to this Hotel 🙏🙏. I did wrong in hotel i use catle of hotel for cooking Maggie and they say that it is not allowed but we cooked and they charged 2000 rupees but the catle was not well managed so it's my request don not come to this Hotel

Hotel and rooms are above average, but location for someone visiting golden temple and wagah-attari border is not good. The prices are over the top for both rooms and food at the restaurant. Breakfast spread is good and tastes nice. Overall a little disappointed since there are plenty of reasonable options are available near golden temple. Lastly, not very friendly staff and do not make you feel comfortable when you interact or have some query.

Whole night drilling was going on and at 145 am the staff named Pankaj walked in without ringing the doorbell. When contacted the manager he said he is soory. The washroom smells worst then a public toilet. Never will and never would recommend it to anyone to stay in this pathetic hotel with pathetic services. I think the good reviews are paid or are been of those who are friends of the staff or of the management.

Decor is ok in the rooms but bathroom tiles are cracked and closet is very very shabby. In room safe is non functional. Service is very slow too

Hotel has no hot water at 3 am, I called to reception, they said leave the tab on, for 10 minutes, but was nothing happened, no one called me back to check how’s you goes. And, room was very old build, not very good as it’s Five star!

Amazing place to stay. Hospitality was awesome. I was hosted by Mr.Parvinder Singh . He was a gentleman. Everything we asked for he made if sure we have it asap. Highly recommendable.

Hotel was clean. Property was fine Staff service was mediocre. Couldn't on the lights while departing or give basic amenities on the last day. Not a helpful service overall Although Service by Gurbej was excellent !!!

Receptionist doesn't know how to deal with client. I called there & some lady picked the call. I dnt know her name. I hve visited 3-4 times there... She alwys behave like she is not liking clients coming there.. very bad experience

The hotel is amazing and our stay was fantastic and special thanks to the manager named Mr. Vijay kumar for giving us best services as well as the best treatment throughout our stay we almost booked half of the hotel and had a wow experience. i recommend this hotel to everyone for stay in amritsar.

Nice clean hotel. All the employees are nice and polite. They always asked if I was doing okay or if I needed anything. Early check in and late check out was really convenient. The breakfast buffet was good and had a lot of options. The bakery store was delicious too!
