Nice place to stay. Good rooms and Service. A little bit costly. The market is close by and you can buy most of the things from the market in case of need. The food is also good, though kids missed some of their usual things while dining.

Hotel looks out side and inside good. And bad are average. I have visited and stay last night but I am not feeling good and satisfied. Hotel was provided a room but not provided any toiletries for customers. No hot water for bathroom and drainage water backup in bathroom. Alao intact seen in bathroom. Room is dust and Dustin not clean. If you are found this hotel and going to their place it your own risk. Only check out time they are requesting you to a rating. So I have shared my experience.

Rooms are not clean, beddings are smelly, common toilet is like public toilet. No authentic food. Gave disposable bowls in dinner!!!!

Sheets were unclean, smelly. Towels were black and dirty. Chairs had huge nails coming out. Bathrooms were dirty and drain was terrible. Wash basin leaks No exhaust in bathroom. Light in room keeps blinking. No cleaning done even when instruction given. When they clean, only bedspread is tightened. Thats it. No sweeping. None of the furniture is cleaned at all. This layer of dust on all furniture. Tea is got in room in cup so it gets cold. No staff for service or cleaning. Very dirty dirty dirty. Change the name of this hotel from Kingsway to Nightmare in dirt.

Overall experience is bad. After check in the evening time, we asked for hot water, which we didn't get and finally we took bath with cold water. Towels are very smelly. Bedsheets are not in good condition. We wanted to check out early, Initially they agreed to give breakfast early and st morning they just gave sandwich which may stored in fridge. Overall very bad experience of such three star rating hotel!

Overall experience was very bad. Dirty rooms, smelly rooms, most of things in the room were not working and broken for example bed, table, phone, AC. I will give 0/5 for this hotel. In fact in the room there was rats and cockroachs. It's nearby golden temple (within 2 KM distance)

Service is disgusting, can't provide a cup of tea in breakfast as they don't have milk. Rooms are not cleaned, bathroom door have no lock, wardrobe is full of dust, corridor are very dirty, some places have spiting stains on walls. Only one water bottle is provided for 2 person in 2 days.

0 star..Hotel... We group of 15 family member had stayed on 9.11.21 but it was worst eperience. No room srevice, no food, no kitchen, they bring food from outside and served.Morning tea (third class)was served by them at 10 o'clock. No prooer house keeping ,no cleaning, no drinking water facility. I request to all travel agent and friends pl avoid this prooerty.

Very bad expeience on 9th nov,21,stayed with 15 family members. No responce from staff for room service,no food cooking facilility in hotel and served food from outside,no good house keeping. All good reviews are from the relatives and friends of property owner,so do not trap with good reviews. Avoid this property.

Rooms are spacious and close to the golden temple, bus stand and railway station. Overall a great hotel for stays. Things they could improve on - check electricals if they're working or not. In our case, the hair dryer was not working. Room servicing turn around time could be improved. Advice - You can include Iron and ironing boards in the rooms as well.

Food and service was excellent, provided hot water when asked. It is located nearby the golden temple, where you can easily travel to with 20-50rs auto. Had issues with bathroom water leakage, this was a bad experience for us.

All above this hotel is nice to stay. Service is good. Lift facility is available. Location is also very good. But the parking space is very short and narrow. Only two small cars can stay at a time in front of the hotel. While tourists are bigger, the entry is complicated to some extent.

Booked the entire hotel and still the service was pathetic. No housekeeping service. We organized the function in the banquet but the whole function was spoiled due to no electricity backup.

Rooms are nice, most of bathroom fittings need repair, stupid reasons given for only boiling hot water coming from tap, wash basin, shower and especially when its burning hot summer, if called for these problems would respond quick but not resolve the problem. So amt spent just for good room is not worth. Similar rooms available for much lesser price in same area. I am paying for room to stay and not the huge building that you have constructed. Last but not the least, guest should be allowed to rate your hotel and not the manager asking for your phone do it himself. Work on problems that guest are facing rather giving fake ratings yourself to your hotel. That's a cheap trick one can use.

Good place for stop over in Amritsar, located close to the railway station. Hotel is pretty old and would need some refurbishment. But for one day it was just fine.

Nice rooms but walls ask for white wash. The hot water come from the solar panel which is long waiting time, and they dont have any alternative instead..Good food and cooperative staff.
