Worst property i have ever seen.. I was just sitting in bar with my friends.. During drinking i have seen lot of cockroaches on my table even in mint souce and in my food plates..

Pathetic service and rude staff . I recently attended a function there, staff tries to make you fool by serving only 1-2 dishes. There was sewerage water at the entry gate Will never visit again.

Not good place to attend a marriage or function. It's small hall meant for a gathering of 50-70 people. Service is not all that good, though the ambience inside is pleasing. I will suggest this place only for small parties and get togethers for small number of people.

Fraud, cheat and poor inhuman owner. Very unsafe and fraud owner band his staffs. Staffs denied duty of helping and carrying out bags as I was carrying my 15 months old baby and my parent were not able to do that while checking out hotel. May be hotel did this intentionally on the words of his owner. They cheated us on overally priced cab, fraud VIP passes for Baghah border and we were no even allowed to enter on that. There fraud tactics is that they book passes on some unknown person name. We faced alot of trouble while reaching border and told security personnel our pass number but they denied that it's booked on some other id. They asked us to bring that person, we were completely helpless because no phone network work there. Please be aware of Sunny's tactics of fooling you. If they book VIP passes for you please assure it's on you name and id else you are gone. As per Sunny's commitment he suppose to refund 100% full money but I assure you he will never do that if something bad happen. also he has no humanity whether you're traveling with infant and senior parents. He cheated us badly and never try to be in his trap. He even didn't return my money, please make sure to not book his property if you've other options. There are plenty plenty of properties nearby by Golden Temple which are easily available. All the reviews and comments for his hotel, he always try to manipulate and forced you to give in his presence before his services.

They have cockroaches in kitchen We had our family function yesterday the service was worst all the bowls were empty so I got into the kitchen to complaint and than i sae the atta for naan had cockroch on it when i told them they hid it below the table than i again visited the kitchen they started using it again. I am feeling sick today after eating their food Sewerage water was overflowing in the hall outside and bad smell was everywhere

Everything is good. I visited here 2 times. I want go back there for many more times

I recently attended an event at the Swarn House banquet hall that had impressive amenities and a helpful staff. However, reaching the venue was a bit challenging as it was located further inside from the main road. I believe it would be beneficial to enhance accessibility for differently-abled individuals by adding features like ramps and designated parking spots. The staff members were generally accommodating and responsive to most of our requests. However, the tipping culture was a bit disappointing. We decided to offer a bulk pot of gratuity to be divided among all the hardworking staff members. Unfortunately, we encountered a situation where staff from different sections kept approaching us individually, demanding their share. This felt intrusive and encroached upon our privacy. To address this issue, I would suggest that the management consider implementing a common tip jar. This way, guests can happily contribute to a central pool of tips, without the need for individual staff members to approach them. It would create a more seamless and private experience for both guests and staff. Overall, the banquet hall provided excellent amenities and a helpful staff, but there is room for improvement regarding accessibility and the handling of tips. I hope my feedback can be considered for the betterment of future events and guest experiences.

Untidy rooms, unhygienic breakfast, n unclean & smelly washroom...... Inshort not a place according to accommodate.... Tarrifs are too much high according to their service. Unsatisfied....... If dealing with customers service then need to come up to Customer expectations, if u r charging for something.

Hotel owner Sunny is simply a cheater who try to rob you in every possible way. We booked the hotel online through booking. Com but after going there he provided us a very small room which we would never stay. Whatever shown in picture he offers exact opposite of it. After so much debate he shifted us in bigger room which was also not clean. Overall hygiene was so poor that we chose to eat our breakfast outside though it was complimentary. He was trying to fool us for charging extravagant prices for wagah border and cab for airport but we simply denied any offer from him. Worst hotel I saw so far which ruined our amritsar tour. Never ever go there with your family

According to Birthday and family small functions, the party hall for 50-60 people is quite congested and food offered per plate is a bit expensive and everything else is fine.
