Also rates are quite high. the manger’s is also very bad behaviour i am highly not recommended this shop

During new purchase they are very good but if you want to exchange they started doing tantrums and don't treat customers in proper manner. Pathetic dealing. They are trying to match standards and customer service of kapsons, no exit and other MB's but they are nowhere close to them and still have to learn a lot.

saleman is not good.he showed 16 size kid dressess instead of 18 that i mentioned and in above they cant change my baby dress

The staff is actually the rudest staff I have ever dealt with. I am so disappointed with the kind of behaviour shown by the staff there. After my purchase, they gave me a manual bill which was not registered with them in their computer. And then when I asked them for the return of the clothes that I brought, they told me that they don’t have the bill and INFACT, started behaving so DISRESPECTFULLY AND RUDELY. No cooperation shown. Really disappointed!

Worst ever experience. I bought a JACK & JONES lower, shop was about to close so I did not try that. Next day when I opened the bag it was clearly evident with the quality that it was a fake copy and it had thread marks at many places. We went back next day to return it they simply started behaving disrespectfully and refused to change it. They are highly unprofessional and sell fake copies of branded clothes. Tourists should never go at their shop

Have variety good place to visit

It is getting expensive day by day. The price of the jeans buy from the mall was good. And the price of duplicate jeans was high in Anil's store. The behavior of the staff was dirty and the behavior of the owner was even worse. Not recommended 🚫

Avoid if you want a decent after sales service. Staff is nice when you first buy the product with a guarantee of exchange if product doesn’t fit. But once you go back for exchange, the hospitality drops to 0 and staff starts behaving rude.
