Kfc is known for its best chicken.. but i refer to each and everyone when ever you go their after placing ur order tell them u need it fresh not the stuff which is already ready.. u will feel the difference in taste..

Kfc … As I m a big fan of Amritsar desi non veg food . Sometimes I feel bored from that then I try fancy outlets . Food was okay. Sitting space is good . Located on the most busiest road of Amritsar , Mall Road . Parking is the biggest issue here . Overall a nice experience.

KFC has different outlets at amritsar. I visited Lawrence road branch. I had a great experience there. Staff members,sitting arrangements and chicken was remarkable. My favorite one is boneless chicken popcorn so ordered the same one with cold drink, it was so yummy and crispy.

Service by Mr. Navjot was good. Food was not that crispy as it use to be in KFC. The cleanliness and music is required as no one wants to listen what next table is talking about. Food should be recommended if order is enough for two people. Thanks and we will try not to come back.

I really like this place it is clean , properly maintained and restroom are also clean it's chicken is very tasty I personally love it's super chicken roll , super charger burger, devel chicken. Very Poor service, today is my birthday i ordered at 10:18 pm but i received my order at 10:30 pm😠 as per your 7 minutes policy i didnt get a free leg piece this got even worse when i didn't received my forth chicken wing along with (big8 bucket) and the manager davinder refused to give the extra pc of chicken, and ignored me at first! 5451 branch no. and they also did not have biryani & veg briyani which is added to the menu! KFC of mall road is so pathetic last Sunday i had tandoori zinger burger from there was so tasteless and inside the burger is single small piece like chicken popcorn size And staff is totally unprofessional 👎

Loved the experience. Have been visiting since 5 years as my office is near so everytime when I'm hungry for a short snack in the evening this place is a go. The staff members are really nice, the reason I'm writing this review specially is because of an incident that happened today. I accidentally spilled my drink after just receiving it and my fries got wet and my clothes also got wet and I was ashamed there for a second in embarrassement I picked my remaining order but suddenly a staff member came named sajanpreet singh who was really nice and was decent enough to refill my drink and give new fries. This is the maximum customer satisfaction that we can get. Thank sajan for such warm hospitality.

Please keep educated staff here, your staff used to look at each other's faces. I only ordered one piece of chicken breast and it took me about 45 minutes. Please be considerate of the customer's time as well.

Hi, my kfc experience is very bad, today i visit second time this branch last time and this time same, i order something for takeaway they say 10 minutes and after 20 minutes give me half order i again wait 10 minutes no give me order and speak wait for 8to10 minutes after left from there, KFC big name in the world but this branch really bad service ....

Ordered a veg zinger from here was full of hunger got my order and the pepsi was missing complaint for that on swiggy later when i had a bite just noticed its a chicken zinger not veg one had it it in the home temple room. Never gonna order again and gonna raise complaint against you guys too this is just unacceptable

We ordered 4 chicken burgers...instead of 4 we only get 2 burgers....they didn't even pick the call and didn't refund our money..very poor service....
