Good place to stay. It's very near to the golden temple. Staff over here is polite and helpful. They do need to take care of the cleanliness of the rooms. When we reached at night @ 12am , the bed sheet and blanket covers were not clean and we called the staff to get them changed. The next day as well the towels were not clean. Though there staff was prompt and responded quickly, they should take care of such things.

Situated 3 min walk from golden temple. It is 4 star level hotel. Staff is so cooperative. They will fulfill our requests so quickly. Rooms are very good. They let you order from zomato so we ordered food from outside that was so great of them. Definitely recommend this hotel. 👍👍👍

Awesome hotel with clean and safe culture. Quite away from crowd and close to Golden temple. Hotel staff was very much polite and helpful for grabbing auto and guidance for visiting places. Room interior is awesome and all water outlets are with hot and cold water options. Safe for families and couples as well. I would recommend and book the same hotel in future.

If you are looking for a property near to golden temple than you can pick this property otherwise I don't see any plus point while choosing this property as hotel rooms were stinky we complaint for same but no action taken during the stay for two nights there even after reminders we asked for room freshener but it was nit provided at all. Breakfast options were same with one fruit only.

We have selected this hotel for two days stay after long search and after numbers of hotel reviewed. Below are the pros & cons; Pros: 1. Location: Location was very convenient for 'The Golden Temple', Partition Museum, Jaliawala Baag and marketplace. All the said places are at walkable distances from the hotel. 2. Ambiance: The inside ambiance of the hotel is very nice. 3. Cleaning: Overall cleanliness is very good including room. 4. Provided water bottles and Refilled toiletry every day. 5. The person presented near the front desk was very helpful and very polite. Cons: 1. Some unpleasant smell was observed throughout the stay. We have personally discussed this with the receptionist and asked him to provide room freshener. But, no one was came for the same even after several reminders. 2. The TV channels are not working, so we have asked the receptionist to recharge the Dish TV. But, it happened after several reminders. 3. The towels provided after called are not properly dried. We feel that it was not properly dry enough and provided to us. 4. Room was small not as per the photograph shared with us while booking. Feel like standard room.

I had mixed reviews for this hotel.i stayed for 2 days in deluxe room. The biggest pros are its great location which is walking distance to all major sightseeing points and also the property insfrastructure is good and rooms seem well renovated for the price. Where it went bad for me: 1. Room service was poor , first day ac stopped working had to call 3 time at front dest before someone show up and fixed it. They seem to have turned off the ac in day time. 2nd day the bathroom light suddenly stopped working and again I had to call 3 time to have someone in room and even then the staff came checked couldn’t figure out the issue and just left with no feedback. I had to leave for my train so we had to checkout without using the bathroom which was very inconvenient. 2. Their linen and bedsheets are very worn out and old , even though it may be washed they still had several dirt spots and i was very hesitant to use them. If they just upgrade their bedsheets it would make the experience so much better since their property infrastructure is good. Overall I think its a nice hotel but could use some improvement specially in room service area.

This hotel is at walking distance from Golden Temple and Heritage Walking street. We stayed at the family premium room. Easy access for cabs and rides as you step out. Value for money. Excellent rooms and reception guys are very Professional including security guys. Clean rooms and toilet, beautiful ambience. Loved the stay here and would highly recommend.

Overall a very good experience. Rooms were neat and clean. Staff was very helpful and polite. Location is very near (Walking distance) to Golden Temple as well as good restaurants. Cons: If travelling by your own car, be prepared to face parking challenges as hotel does not have its own parking. They will help you park in front of Hotel or a street behind the hotel if space is available or else there is a multi story parking building nearby hotel but during weekend I did not find a single space to park there during night. Had to park in a street near buy where I got some space by chance. So parking is totally on your luck.

Location: Very Good Service: Ok Cleanliness of room: Less than expected. Booked Executive Suite and expected it to be better than normal room but below are the issues: 1. TV didn't work 2. Tea table glass was broken 3. Bathroom had urine smell and even after asking for cleaning all they did is spray with room fresheners. 4. Fan regulator broken. 5. Fridge work only when you in room so if you put the food, it will spoil if you go out of hotel. 6. Bedsheets and blanket have spots and not clean same thing with towels. Good things: 1. Location 2. You can relax on sofa in main entrance for extended period of time. 3. Receptionist listen.

Overall stay was fine and rooms and location was good as it is close by the Golden temple. Service was a bit slow as had to call multiple times with same request. Of all, The huge drawback was foul smell right from when you enter reception area and even in the rooms. Strong sewer drain smell and wouldn't go away at all. Had informed hotel staff in person too but didn't get a positive response as if they can't smell anything or just trying to overlook the issue and act smart.

Perfect location to stay with good safety and security. Nice big room and clean washroom. Polite and helpful staff. Morning breakfast their is good number of item offered but menu to be settled properly...Atleast the menu should offer basic item as English breakfast..

It was awesome stay at Landmark Hotel. There are many strong points of this hotel, but I would say two point are the strongest 1. Front desk Staff ( not the manager) 2. Location: centre of the city, walking distance to golden temple. Rooms were clean and spacious. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is very close to all famous attractions of Amritsar. The hotel staff is extremely professional and hospitable. The overall hospitality is top notch. The staff goes out of its way to accommodate the customer's request. Will definitely stay here whenever I am in Amritsar and will recommend it to everyone visiting this city.

Location is quite good just walking distance from golden temple. Service is also pretty good, staff is very friendly. Food is a little bit overpriced but overall I enjoyed my stay there.

The hotel is located at a walkable distance from temple. Some rooms are spacious with large bathrooms but some are not.The service is very good so are the staff but the amenities in the room are very limited. Coffer maker broken, shower not working with no soap holders. There is a fungal smell in the room which you will get used to.

Prime location, I was not interested in gully area rooms and that's why I selected this hotel. My expectations was not wrong, nice location. A walkable distance to the golden temple, partition museum, Ranjit singh statue, jalianwala bagh and heritage street as well. I never had any food from here, moreover they have a small restaurant only. There are many restaurants within a km. The rooms were clean and tidy. The police aid post is 24 hours active close to the hotel.

Neat and clean room, Prices were very economical. The hotel is at a convenient location near the Golden Temple. The only thing i did not like about this hotel is that the AC remote is not provided. Everytime you want to change AC settings you need to call the reception. I don't understand their logic of not providing the remote to the customers.

Worst hotel in Amritsar! The AC does not work at all in the rooms. There is no window to the room.. we suffocated a lot! No one from hotel staff cares if you tell them the AC is not working. I will never stay here again. Just imagine you are in 39c temperature and the AC doesn’t work and there is no window to the room. This is pure TORTURE!!

Service is a bit slow. You have to ask at least two times for any things. In some cases it can exceed. Outside view is not as expected. Smoking is not allowed in the premises. Even outside you can’t smoke as it’s come under 500 meter from golden temple.

We accidentally landed here while trying to wriggle out of terribly congested roads we drove in following Google's Directions to Jallianwala Bagh. We found that The Landmark is very pleasant, comfortable, ideally located hotel, best for budget cautious family vacationers. The Room we checked in was surprisingly spacious, neat & clean and cosy. And they also have parking. Definitely recommendable.

Our stay was very comfortable. The staff is very polite and helpful. The golden temple is nearby ( 5 mins via auto/rick ). The rooms were clean. The food here is delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel for your next Amritsar stay.

rooms size are good , not soo big but ok for couple n a child , location and service is also nice , booked for single night for 7 adults n 1 kid, 4 rooms , nice stay for cheap price 👍👍

1 night stay - Premium Room Infrastructure and Cleanliness - 4/5 Room was clean and well maintained. Overall property was also well maintained but it wasn’t much spacious. Services - 2/5 The staff was polite and well mannered but the overall services provided weren’t upto the standard of the hotel. We ordered a Sandwich and Coffee, it wasn’t worth the money. Good place for short stays (max 2 days) but long stays aren’t recommended.

To begin with I was skeptical about this hotel due to its location, however since my hosts booked this hotel for the entire marriage party I had no choice. When I entered the room, I asked for change of entire bedding , which was done promptly. Also the washroom was re-cleaned promptly. The room was okay but the STAFF WAS CORDIAL and POLITE. All in all it was a good stay. PS:- We had issues with the parking which again were taken care of by the Staff. Highlight of this hotel is it's Staff .

Very good place to stay for a night and visit Jallianwallabagh and Golden Temple. But no restaurant facility at present. They only serve in the congested room. And it was not informed earlier. But good thing is they served dinner at room at 11-30 pm after we reached late due to delayed flight.

- Breakfast experience wasnot good, once a item is finished it is not refilled in time. - Morning Tea was 3rd class. - In MAP the dinner item were was limited. - No towels in the room had to call several times to get it. - Do not hire taxi from hotel it has higher charge.

Awesome rooms, very very clean hotel with very good staffs. 2 mins walking distance to Golden Temple and jallianwala bagh. Breakfast is served in Room which includes Aloo onion Parantha, Poha, Sandwich, Lassi, Fruit juice, Tea, Coffee, Curd, Aachar, Sauce. Very tasty n heavy breakfast which may lead u to exclude lunch for a long time. Vehicle reaches till the Hotel. Had a very nice time... I am extremely overwhelmed by their cleanliness. Very nicely decorated hotel. Only one negative point is size of the room is bit small. Extra bed in the room may not have a space as their lies two chairs n a centre table. Bathrooms are very nice. Overall a very disciplined hotel. BUT BEWARE IN AMRITSAR... THIEVES N SNATCHERS ARE ALL AROUND IN AMRITSAR.. UR MOBILE AND HANDBAGS CAN B SNATCHED ANYTIME.. BE VERY VERY CAREFUL WHEN WALKING OR TRAVELLING IN ANY ANY PLACE OF AMRITSAR. AVOID GOING OUT AFTER 10:00PM. Amritsar is full of thieves n snatchers. I request the hotel staffs and managers to make aware to all their guests when they check-in.

Hotel is good but their services are very poor. 1. They recharge their TV set top box on daily basis after 12 o'clock at night tv stopped working. 2. They provide only 1 litre water/a day free for two persons after that they asked to pay for the water. 3. They provide you a torn comforter with a big hole.

Neat, clean and spacious rooms and bathroom. Location is just excellent, 5-7 mins walk to Golden Temple and 15 mins from Railway station. Good variety of breakfast and good cafe too. I travelled with my 2yo kid, it was a comfortable stay with a king size bed in deluxe room. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was our first visit to Amritsar in 2019 and we selected 'The Landmark' for our stay. Location was very convenient - 'The Golden Temple', 'Jalian Wala Baag' and Market all at walkable distances. Room was neat and clean. Food was tasty though choice was limited. Service was reasonably good. Overall it was a good experience. Would like to stay again.

Very near to the Golden Temple. Small neat and clean rooms. Prompt service. Took care of our baby in terms of the meals. Found it affordable since got a discount from Agoda. Good decent breakfast spread. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Hotel staff for making our stay memorable.

Location is excellent. Services are little bit slow but the overall experience in hotel is good. Few incidents which I want to highlight is that when we checked in they offered 500 ml bottle per person for one day and later every water bottle is chargeable, which according to me is not fair. Secondly no proper space for parking.

Absolutely not at all worthy of. To begin with , when we checked in, the bedsheets were not changed and there was hair and blood stains on the bedsheets. Absolutely disgusting The staff was not courteous..nor polite and they were way too lazy. The phones of one room wasn't working and anything asked for ..wasn't brought on time. The food was also not great. I wouldn't suggest this hotel at all and my experience says that we should book 4 or 5 star hotels only while you are in amritsar. The only plus point was the location of the hotel from the Golden temple which was about 5 min walk.

Had a wonderful experience at The landmark Amritsar. Very courteous staff, Good management only point if I would want you guys to change is the coffee shop down stairs. Firstly, very sorry to say but the coffee shop guy does not match your hospitality standards, coffee wasn't great either, the glass had water stains on it so hygiene also wasn't good. It ruins the experience your property assures your guests. So please take care of that. Thank you for having us

Very bad experience staying at this Hotel. All the rooms had a bad stinking smell of some sewage. Even though on the ground floor their own lobby washrooms were very well maintained since it was for their own use and for the staff working there. We ordered a single tea, even that wasn’t prepared well.

Rooms were clean. Staff were extremely helpful. The location of the hotel is very very close to Golden temple and market. Reception staff, housekeeping, restaurant services all were very nice and helpful. I had booked 2 Rooms and staying with Kids and staff was co-operative. The room service of tea coffee food was very nice. With small kids rooms had to be messy but they kept rooms extremely clean upon return and everything organised very well too. Have decided that I will be staying only in this hotel whenever I visit to Amritsar.

Stayed for almost four days here in February 2023. Firstly, the location is perfect; it is walking distance from Harmandir Sahib, Jalianwala Bagh, and the Partition Museum. Secondly, the rooms are fairly spacious, well furnished and maintained. The staff are pleasant and eager to help. 24 hour concierge is a big plus. The in house eatery has delicious food at reasonable rates. The surrounding locality is, well, like old Amritsar; crowded, congested and not great to look at. But that has nothing to do with the property itself. All in all, it was a lovely stay. Would certainly stay again, and recommend to everyone.

The rooms are spacious and have everything you need for a good stay. They were quick to resolve the any query we had. I am happy we chose this hotel for our stay. Also, everything is close by this hotel. Definitely recommended for everyone.
