The manager had too much attitude and was rude. My wife almost cried interacting with him. She was mentally tortured with his behaviour. We visit India from Canada every 4-5 months and have never seen any restaurant manager showing disrespect. Ordering around rs. 500 order, she asked for ketchup and the manager arguingly said he will charge rs. 4. If the owner asked him to charge for every ketchup , then owner should make him understand how to manage high value bill customers and low value bill customers. We have worked in customer service industry and understand how to ensure good customer experience. The money didnot matter here, it was the behaviour of this manager which made it all worse.

Never expected such good pizzas from this place ! Never been there before as I never saw much people choosing Pizza Italia over other pizza chains. I visited here for dinner. We were two people and ordered paneer tikka slice, cheese margherita slice, potato wedges, blueberry drink, virgin mojito and last but not the least, hot chocolate brownie with icecream. The pizza slice is great but only if you go for the loaded one. The plain cheese margherita slice isn't worth 100 bucks for sure. Pizzas are well cooked. Drinks are delicious and quantity is quite enough. Coming to the best of this place, potato wedges and hot chocolate brownie. I expected 6 or atmost 8 wedges at just Rs 75 and I was served a full plate with two complimentary dips. Loved it. Must try. The brownie was soft and delicious. Presentation was great. However, the handling wasn't. Icecream was melting and slipped down before I could even take a good picture. Overall, it was good to spend 1-2 hours here. Comfortable seating and polite staff. My bill eas barely 500+ taxes. Cheap and the best !

If you're foodie then this place is for you. Best in taste, pizza and pasta is too yummy. According to me try pizza slice everything on it once, you will really like it.

The food was delicious. However, for a single pizza and fries, I had to wait for more than 20 minutes. The washroom wasn't clean at all and the male and female washroom was common. Definitely, not the best first expression.
