Apollo Cradle Amritsar gave us a lovely experience in bringing in our precious child into this world. From consultancy to admission, delivery to discharge, the entire process has been smooth, seamless and very caring. The care given by the nurses and doctors is astounding as they took care of every need at any time of the day or night. We are glad we chose Apollo Cradle Amritsar anytime.

Giving two stars just because of Dr Sujata Sharma ,our ex HOD, ex principle,superintendent of Medical college,but surprised to know there, very few staff members knew about her status outside and aura...she saved my and my premie life by doing emergency C-section well on time, when I was scared to death...But the experience afterwards is horrible...me and my husband both are doctors, govt college passouts, so expected that much brilliant minds there...but contrary to our beliefs, we found that a no of GDMO,s these are just BAMS pass out and they behave as if they are super specialitists of any branch ...they are being handed over OT charges surprisingly. I feel people are befooled there...Now comes the paediatrician part...earlier we were fully trusting the doctors, namely Dr Latika and Dr Miglani...she has such an arrogant behaviour when we tried to confront her with questions, being doctors...She boasts about her a lot that trust her, she is the best in the city. She calls us 'beta beta' when she is just 2-3 years older to us.But daily she said that baby is fine as my job is to see the respiratory part and Dr Miglani's gut part...they used to visit the NICU without gowns, proper masks,caps and open hair...we were shocked to see such behaviour of a doctor going to critically ill premies like this ...they weren't bothered to tell us the status of our baby daily, being doctors.My baby contacted infection on day 3 or 4 and it was full blown septicemia on day 7 and everything was taken so casually till then....We were paying daily consultant charges but even then their brittle egos were so hurt that they can argue for hours related to consultation ,but not concerned to discuss the real condition of our baby and left it at God's mercy...They were also having problem that why we were cross consulting our colleague doctors and friends. It was only after i visited my baby for KMC , I noticed that my baby hands and legs were swollen due to infection. Immediately I told my husband about our baby's condition. We planned to shift our baby to another hospital Ankur hospital, not knowing how serious was our baby. May be it was God's wish that we shifted our child that night. Otherwise we could have lost our child that night. Even during shifting, I could see frothy secretions and blood tinged aspirate coming from my baby's mouth. There we came to know that our baby's platlet count was just 1000/mm when the normal should be 1.5 lakh....it shattered our hopes,as any medico knows this is scariest condition...we both cried that night a lot as we knew anything can happen anytime to our baby. We lost all hope ,still we arranged platlets and plasma roaming here and there in the city after midnight, weeping and crying losing all hopes. But Ankur hospital doctors are doing commendable job on their part, they immediately got into action, irrespective of timings, did all the necessary treatment and tests with so much humbleness and empathy being parents. And Madam Latika was all waiting for something severe to happen to our child just to satisfy her ego and prove her point related to NEC , justify Dr Miglani's,surgeons ,visits. Just can't belive people can be like this also, no mercy on little baby. That's why we were doubting her qualifications also and her intentions of prolonging the stay there against medical ethics. As we came to know at Ankur hospital that our baby got hospital acquired infection via blood culture...no NEC, infact going into disseminated intravascular coagulopathy. Instead she was blaming us that you ppl can't afford such fancy hospital...but we wanted to tell her that madam we both are Govt. Doctors for 10 years, earning around 1.5 lac/ month. So money was never the issue madam, only Brilliant mind as a doctor, was the issue. This is all pomp and show hospital with low quality staff. Indirectly they are risking people's life by promoting their brand name. This hospital is only for status symbol people..for normal cases. Don't even dare to come this place in case of emergency or any serious complications.

I delivered baby boy 2 weeks ago under the supervision and guidance of Dr. Seema Sharma. She is very humble and polite. She motivated me for normal delivery.. Thanks to her. Staff was very cooperative. Services was good. Dr. Ankush Mahajan, padeatrician, is very humble and polite. I will give 5 stars to the management team of this hospital.

Don't fall for the 4.8 rating by 2.1T people .... It's all fake paid promotions and paid reviews . Had a worse experience in this hospital during delivery . It's a big corporate House . When I asked around .... 4/5 people were unhappy with the service and said they will not visit here again . So u can imagine how many paid reviews are there . Adding to my experience , the nursing staff is the worse . except 1-2 seniors nurses , rest staff don't know anything about taking care of a mother and new born child. Don't risk your loved ones life by coming here .

Staff services are very pathetic. IV Stand was required, 5-6 times asked but no response from anyone. No one has come for change clothes of Patient. Hygiene was pathetic. Bed sheets are lying from 2 days. There is no need to change. Once fluid starts, no one will come to check for its working or not after few minutes. I suggest you if fluid will finish, you should know how to remove pipe. I am suggesting you all not to take admission in Apollo Cradle Amritsar.

Don't visit this hospital they doesn't know anything.they killed my son in Apollo Cradle hospital. Our son was born at Apollo Cradle hospital under the guidance of Dr.Sujata Sharma but during the birth he aspirated maconium even after knowing this they allowed staff to feed my baby which further made his condition worst. My son condition got worst in the night and they were not able to give treatment and told us to take my son to DMC Ludhiana but when I asked them the risk of traveling in foggy weather of 20th December,2022 they clearly said that it will be totally our responsibility to shift him to Ludhiana and hospital will not be responsible of anything however Dr.Ankush Khanna was asking us to shift. They forced me to sign on DAMA(Discharged Against Medical Advice) paper when I asked them that I am not taking my son out of the hospital it is you who is not able to give treatment to my son telling us to shift they gave me nonsense excuse stating that we have only this format in the hospital for discharge. Dr. Ankush Khanna started making video when I asked him why are you making video he said this is my protocol and I always make video. There was nobody in the account department during early morning but receptionist asked me to pay 60000/- when I told her that my wife is here only we can pay you let me take my son to other hospital she said we cannot give you NOC without full payment of your son (Which is just 8 hours treatment charges). I made payment took my son to other hospital. Doctor Ankush is not experienced at all. He always flaunt is foreign degree which is of no use. Avoid going to him for your baby treatment and I repeat myself they killed my son.

Worst staff, management. All they want is to scam money in the name of health care. Worst branch of Apollo cradle in India. Kindly opt for other baby care facility other wise you will just end up paying premium for worst healthcare services possible.

Dr.seema is vry professional d even gave the confidence to the patient. D gave second life to my child. Niku ward s lyk miracle for my baby. Nursing staff is excellent👏 House keeping is vry gud. I visited today hospital & saw suite & single room. These room very dirty wall. Sofa etc very dirty. That was not neat & clean. That was not hygiene room. But hospital charge 1.12 lacs for suite & single room charge 93 thoussnd approx. Suite room is very dirty. Management very poor & irresponsible. Front office & counselor staff didn’t cooperative. I can say about Hispital management & cleanliness was very low grade.

******Worst delivery experience ****** I got my baby delivered in this hospital. One thing that everyone told me was c section . Inspite of me completing full term of pregnancy, baby ‘s position downward , water bag leaked ( all those things that required for normal delivery) we had to go for c section as normal delivery karni hi nae in these hospitals. 💸🚨Then we paid 2.20 lakhs , package was of 1.30 lakh but hospital charged 2.20 lakhs in the end adding unnecessary expenses to the bill. 🧹🚨Then room which was a suite room , omg!! Kitchens**were super dirty . We had call nurses and staff 10 times then they used to come . 🚨Worst part : lady who used to clean toilets was next day helping me feed baby . That was there lactation specialist *** 🚨Gowns ** they give were so small and uncomfortable, and they tell that oh you are on thicker side , excuse me ☝️ gowns you should design for pregnant women , no one there for a fashion show !!! I am mentioning because all a patient want is lilttle comfort in such a special time , no one wants to lie down uncomfortable. I was literally covering myself with blankets . 🚨Then there was no guidance from hospital , what precautions should we take when we went back to house. How to sit , how long should I take rest . I mean the amount of money charged for three days and the care they did was zero** I don’t suggest anyone to go for deliveries in this hospital . Though doctors are fine but Amritsar has good gynaecologist in all hospitals. Here it a bloody business. They keep baby in nicu for longer hours just to make bills . *****^***** Highly disappointed *****

Totally incompetent hospital (and incompetent pediatrics department) when it comes to neonatal complications. Had a horrible experience here (though experience with Dr. Sujata Sharma was nice and awesome). They are not at all competent enough to deal with such situations. The 5 star posts belong to parents of whom the delivery would have been normal even if conducted by dai (as more than 90% of deliveries is totally normal natural phenomenon). So don't go by 5 star posts.

My father in law got knee replacement surgery here.. and he is able to walk with help without pain in two days all with the help of medical staff and physiotherapists here. Ms. tarandeep one of the physiotherapists faculty is very cooperative and encouraging. She would come exactly on time and would motivate to walk and take steps. Every one here in the staff is so soft spoken and full of empathy

Very warm and positive atmosphere. The quality of the care process is excellent. The hospital staff including doctors, management team, consultants, front office staff , care managers everyone comes on time for check and visit the patient on daily basis.

I had my delivery at Apollo cradle in April 2022 and it was such a great experience. Dr. Seema Sharma along with whole staff made my journey extra special. They guided me at every step to encourage normal birth, which led to a normal delivery with healthy baby. I would also like to mention Dr.Neha, Physiotherapist who helped me to progress my labour or could say made my delivery so easy. She guided me so well with exercises before and during the labour. Overall well coordinated team to help new mom in every aspect.

I delivered my baby here , services are excellent … they have an excellent chefs for patient diet …. Housekeeping services are very good… ambience is very good mile five star hotel…. highly satisfied with the services

I delivered my baby under guidance of Dr. Seema Sharma. She is one of the best doctors at Apollo cradle. One of the best things about her is that she is always available on calls and messages in times of emergency. I highly recommend her.

Very good Doctors and very good infrastructure. We came here as my wife’s pregnancy case was very risky and complicated. I was in Gurdaspur area and came from Bangalore and no doctor in Gurdaspur or Pathankot or nearby area was ready to handle this case. Someone suggested this hospital to us and specifically Dr Latika. She handled our case so well and my son was born and stayed in NICU for 2 days only. Now my son is fine and healthy. 1 star i will rate this hospital less as Nursing service was not up to the mark and not proactive service during room stay.

I have worked at Apollo Hospital. The managers here do not treat their staff very well. When I was working in this hospital I never got paid. Every month four or five days' salary was deducted. Even when I joined, I still haven't received my first month's salary. Mrs. Neha, Mr. Japneet and Mr. Manish are very deceitful.I had to quit because I didn't have a hearing. If you want to join the hospital, think carefully................

Being recommended by my doctor, I have been to physiotherapist Dr Taran, who helped me a lot in learning and simplifying different exercises for natural delivery. My body was feeling so light. My wife delivered pre mature baby around 12 days back in... Condition of my baby was very poor. Dr of other hospital kept him on ventilator and his condition was very critical.....almost we had no any hope for our baby . But one of my relative recommended me for Dr sunil sharma... Neonatalogist Dr in apollo hospital amritsar. I went here with the all the reports.. As he explained me about the poor prognosis of my child. But he arose a ray of hope for him also. I admitted my child under Dr sunil.... He is like a God to me .. He save my child.... I was amazed that within 2 days... My baby was normal with his treatment.. My baby was on ventilator from last 7 days with 0 improvement. But Dr sunil make him good .where other hospital scared me that the baby could be on ventilator for 12...15 days ... But Dr sunil just took 2 days to treat my baby well. we got discharged I 2 days Special Thanks to Dr sunil, apollo staff and mangement. treatdischarged, my baby was on ventilator from last 10 days.... He make a miracle to keep him

Amritsar's Best surgeon Dr navjot brar is here...so humble and nice Dr.. never seen Dr like him ever....guided me very well about the diagnose and treated me accordingly.... my friend recommended me to consult with Dr brar for surgery . But Dr rarely is not greedy ... he guided me to be on mediation fotpr few days ...and ask me after that we will go for surgery only if required. And I m fit today with his treatment,.now I don't need any surgery...best general surgeon on amritsar

Amazing experience.... My friend recommended me for delivery of my wife. When I visited, I was so surprised with the ambience and cleaniness of the hospital.... Delivered my baby by Dr Sita Sharma. Such a nice Dr i havee er met. I went in emergency in night with labour pains. I was very scared for night time. But I was surprised to see that all staff is there . Dr Sita came immediately and it staff was there for tackle the situation. By God grace every things will be gone well.

Best maternity hospital in Amritsar....admitted in night, I was worried at that time,but when I saw all staff is very much humble and cooperative, I was relaxed that I m at right place. Dr came immediately for my delivery at night. Delivered baby girl here....amazing experience.apollo cradle amritsar make my delivery journey so memorable. Their baby shower was amazing. To make your experience more memorable they decorate your room and car also. They did a photoshoot of my baby along with cake cutting. I feel like on cloud nine after availing such a excellent services. All staff is very good.

All staff is very good including ipd and opd staff. Drs are very humble and experienced. My scans are done by dr aradhana aggarwal, very good dr. Dr seema, dr Latika is very experienced, make my journey very comfortable. Staff varinder, mamdeep sister and shifali is very cooperative. Thanks to apollo for giving me excellent care.
