I’m still in this hospital and facing the harassment. This hospital was the worst nightmare for me and my family, Doctors are really good. But the management is the worst. I was given a date for the operation on Tuesday but they said “OT mai apka nam nhi dala kisi ne aj nhi hogi surgery “. Then next day right after surgery the took me out of the OT and made me sit on a chair for half an hr and didn’t give me any painkillers while I was suffering with immense pain nor let me go to my room. As it’s part of their protocol to let patient suffer right after the surgery. Now since I’m in my room since 11;30 am no one as given me any food no breakfast no lunch it’s already 3:30 and they don’t allow outside food nor giving me food from the mess, which they were supposed to give since 2 pm. Management is so so so bad, they will make a healthy person ill. I’m not someone who complains much but me and my mother are so helpless and suffering here because of the poor management.we have applied fir discharge since morning and they say we are busy with other documents n will take 4-5 hrs to process for discharge just because they can charge us for another day of stay. They gave us the feedback form right when we entered n told us to sign without filling. And when we refused they took it away and didn’t let us fill again.

The worst hospital I have seen so far… I reached there in emergency for the operation of my grandfather and they postponed operation 2 times in two days … and my grandfather was without water and food till 4:00pm in the evening for those two days … no system is there in this hospital…. They are only after money…. They don’t care about there patients…. They will take care of you if you are insured person… so that they can raise there bills as many as possible…. Full on scam is going on in this hospital

I admitted my cousin to Amandeep Hospital, who met with an accident. I must say, their dedication and care helped him to recover quickly. The staff is super friendly and supportive as well. I will always be thankful for their excellent service.

My dad underwent spine surgery with Dr Aishwarya Mehra, neurosurgeon at Amandeep hospital; he had a remarkable recovery after his surgery. I sincerely thank Dr Mehra and Amandeep hospital for relieving him of his troubles. And highly recommend them to anyone looking for surgical treatment.

Earlier Dr. Suresh kaul and Dr. Neelam kaul's Cardiac section was good and caring but after ECHS scam this department also becomes carless like medicine department. We admitted our patient under Dr. S. Kaul, after four days he declared a discharge but due to careless behaviour of nurses and MO's , Patient's diabetes reduced and he got multi organ failure. Died after one day. AMANDEEP Hospital is one of the curse to pathankot city. Please donot visit this hospital if you want proper treatment.

1. Well m very much disappointed with the behavior of staff. Ward incharges and doctor too ( plastic branch fair and tall & also wears spex) . There was no space to sit for attendant and he was from jammu. He asked the ward incharge to arrange and this doctor passing by said " 300 ka stool le aao bahar se kya hi ho jaega" Was very rude and not acceptable from a doc. 2. When went to consultation in opd, the doctor who was handling the case, clearly denied when asked to write bed rest for official leaves. He said mera case hi nahi h ortho wale ko dikaho then again paid 700 and ortho said consult physio then again 500. Is this a joke?? Yes there are not that good treatment available in our Jammu that's why we are bound to visit fools like you but you people r literally lost and blind in shadow of money and fame Dr. Avtar Singh is a nice person. And yes many of the reviews are fake uploaded by staff of the hospital.

On 24th Nov 23 , my wife had a fall at Wagah Border camp ended with fracture at elbow region. Local driver recommended M/s Amandeep Hospital even though my friend suggested Saini Hospital. Due to wrong location in Gmap we landed in Amandeep. At the entry the security was courteous and arranged wheel chair and guided us for emergency. Within 5 minutes duty Dr attended and guided to Ortho. He also quickly attended and advised for XRay. Since we were outstation patients, they gave first aid advised us to take further treatment at Chennai. Very responsible Drs and very reasonable bills. Small amount they collected for consulting. Today 90% ortho are moneyminded and very rare to see such human loving caring Dr. . I recommend Amandeep one of the honest best hospital in Amritsar. Thanks Krshna

Completely disappointed looks like more a government hospital than a private hospital , nill management, time consuming, it took me 2 hours to get an x-ray, and sitting arrangements over there are completely miffed. I would like to suggest especially people from srinagar please do not visit the hospital, if you don't have enough patience, because the respective hospital has no knowledge about the time management, more over i found the all over staff quite clumsy and irresponsible.

Dr n staff was so polite but i am not fully satisfied with my rynoplasty. After studying a lot about drs work i decided to go for my nose surgery but after 1 yr of surgery i didn't get full satisfaction😞Dissappointed. U asked for UHID is this adhar no ???? What will u do now??whenever i see my nose in mirror i get angry coz dr has only implant nose bridge only but not broad nostrils .i often watch on u tube that a doctor corrects both problem at the same tym and result surprise the patient.kindly share ur contact no mr or mrs owner,

We have been here since 5 days with out patient .everything is fine but the worst part is that dont have proper room for visitors to rest or sleep there because those who come from far off places have to suffer alot ..kindly do something in this matter as its really getting hard for the families as they already suffering from mental trauma due to their patient And because or no rest they have to suffer from physical trauma as well

Staff Of Amandeep Hospital can not bother to patient behavior of staff is rudely. And one thing notice here no need of oppintment. Staff sent their knowing or relative patient first then other.

I recovered quickly thanks to the method they,used and I had no difficulty,agony or other problems.i give their therapies a five star rating and advise individuals to choose the most recent surgical techniques they provide.i m greatfull.

My father was suffering from disc prblm someone suggested us to consult doctor A.A mehra and we went to amritsar for surgery and surgery went successfully . They said us u have to remove stiches from jammu Amandeep hospital OPD clinic .. On prescribed date we went for stiches removal but there was no proper management. They were just telling us go this room and that room without informing proper procedure for that. They firstly did not inform us that the doctor available here firstly check the paitent and you have to pay doctor fee and wasted our 2 hour after that they said us doctor did not check your paitent without fee they were behaving like money minded people. Clinic was looking like fish market. I am disappointed from the way they were handling the paitents.

Worst doc and worst hospital. My mom is in hospital because of her knee operation for more than 2 weeks and today she was about to be discharged. But right before discharging her, they found they that the pipe they used to remove the bad blood from her leg, is still in her leg and now another operation has to be performed to remove that pipe. For them it's a normal operation but little they think about the patient. She is just crying because after this operation all the stitches will be open and closed again and pain is beyond words. So this so just an act of pyre carelessness. We, as middle class people whose bread and butter depends on every day's income, it's super hard to manage everything and that too when your shop was closed for almost two weeks and now they need to keep her here for another 4-5 days. I don't know what should I do, but all I know is that she was about to be discharged today and now she will be here for another 4-5 days just because doctors forgot that the pupe is still in her leg and they closed the stitches before.

My overall experience was excellent. The staff is well trained and proper sanitation was maintained in rooms and never forget the expertise of doctors which can identify and completely cure your diseases.

Iam very thankful to this hospital for curing my father's health problem with his skillful treatment. I really appreciate all the doctors and nursing staff for their commitment

Staff must hv manners to speek with senior citizens. They told bibi mata and even asking name without respect. One of my relative came to meet us in Room 504 and he was told to use stairs by the counter help desk.

Gave 3 stars because of professional ethical doctor Dr. Yadwinder Singh who saved my mum from major heart attack . We Can’t pay him in any way for saving my mum s life, but nursing staff is horrible , they have no idea about hygiene protocol , left syringe filled with injection on patient’s bed ( without any protection/ cap on it) and left the room , came back after an hour to inject that injection .why would you open injection hour before you going to inject. They literally need training for hospital protocols and manners. This hospital is no where looks like private hospital. Staff couldn’t find wet wipes ( keep asking wet wipes for 2 days and then have to run to supermarket to get some) . Poor infrastructure with horrible management. DOCTORS ARE NO DOUBT GOOD, but rest need some upgrades.

I came there few days before. I met Dr Vohra. To show him knee scan but he directly referred me to neurologist.. I paid 700 for him. I insisted that I have already visited neurologist and that too from fortis but he wasn't interested smhow so I paid for neurologist. ... He gave me clean chit. Then again I decided to visit Mr Inderpreet Singh... I heard he is good in seeing MRI's... But I was wrong. I wasn't able to stand from last 8months ... N he said u r alright.. The next day I had visited another doctor in Chandigarh he said I have grade 2tear. Conclusions--- There doctors don't know anything about ligament tears neither they can see MRI properly.. Yes all they know is about simple fractures.. Old skool. And they were merely spending 2mins on a patient esp the neurologist

Extremely bad experience in amandeep medicity hospital.Especially HR. Rashid Ahmed he has 0 way to talk with others.He pretended like oversmart but he is not. Furthermore I'm not recommended to others to visit in this hospital

5 star for nursing staff..... Doctors... Security staff..above all hat's off to sweeping staff..... And all the staff members.But only single problem is there.... Not a single disposal glass was available for drinking water from dispenser.. Attended buy water from canteen...... So please put some glass for drinking water

I have taken OPD of Dr. Avtar Singh. His OPD charge is 700 Rs. But he is not available in his clinic. Staff are suggesting that you meet with another Dr. His OPD charge is 500 Rs. I contact with receptionist to return 200 Rs. But they making round the table he will come . He will come. What is nonsense.

A poorly managed hospital. The staff is okay but unable to perform due to lack of insfrastructure. The hospital has insufficient no of wheel chairs, no parking area for four wheelers you have to pay and park at a private parking area.

My father has done hip replacement from this centre.Firstly,the charges are exuberantly high as for same procedure in their other centre ie amandeep pathankot they were offering about 60000less.Moreover, pateint rush is huge their is rather mental harassment of both pateints and relatives.Its my personal advice get procedure done from your own city from good orthopedian . until unless referal to higher centre us not required.

Hlo friends , I want to express my view about amandeep hospital amritsar. This hospital is very famous . This hospital is very big . They provide all facility to the patient. The behaviour of Doctors and staff member is very good . The staff member speak very polite and good with every patient. The infrastructure of this hospital is very good . This hospital is always clean . They also provide medicine in this hospital.

This hospital is the worst hospital I have ever seen. The hospital is not so very good. The staff members are not treating patients carefully. They don't provide proper facilities and charges a high bill to patients family. This hospital or their branches should be banned or save people life. They are playing with people life and emotions. They will realise their mistake only when their one of the family member die in same condition in which other people die. This is my humble request not to take your family member in this hospital.

The staff was really helpful, rare case in medical facilities. Kudos to the team. You can ask anything to anyone they would not be rude to you like we have seen in other medical facilities.
