Today met with Dr.Bhalla for my eyes checkup, No doubt he is extremely excellent doctor, but very disappointed the way he is talking with patients. He don't want to listen the patient concern & not bother to clear the douts or any other concerns.However thanks to Dr.Bhalla. Also met with Dr.Indu and Dr.Ravijit ji before, They are very kind and motivating to the patients and giving strengths. So it's a humble request co-operate with the patients.

I would like to share my experience ! Doctors are excellent for treatment side but there is scam like going on as we were advised for surgery under aayushman Bharat card ( golden card) 1:-they didn’t disclosed what is the total cost for surgery 2:- They charged us 10000 cash for something we don’t don’t know. We were told that there is no receipt no proof for this payement. As everyone knows under aayushman Bharat scheme there is no need to pay a single penny for the surgery . There insurance cell charged us that money . As we raised question about this they said it’s rule from administration side. Patient especially from kashmir are being scamed there . If that payement is legal just provide us a proper receipt . Please be aware of this ask proper receipts for everything else raise questions

In hospital proper cleaned, Hospital staff and doctors extra supportive. Advance technology for treatment. Doctor is very expricence and friendly behaviour, all doctor instruction for patient is truly clear. Insurance department has also excellent exrta supportive. Canteen or room facility is average. But as per hospital overview this hospital is excellent.

I went to this hospital several times also at the times when Respected Dr Daljit Singh ji saw me, gave me candies ( the sweetest gesture I ever had) and also now , saw dr HARMEET and Dr RAVIJEET . All of them are really good, loving, experienced in diagnosing, skilled in treating . The staff I saw at canteen, optical shop are also so good, polite and loving. I can't believe such kind of hospital exists in Punjab today . You Don't need to have a second thought visiting there.

Dr. K.K Bhalla conducted procedure . He is very co-operative. The hospital is an excellent hospital for eye treatments having good number of facilities for eye check up. The scheme is excellent. Govt should promote such schemes in the interest of general public. Insurance staff is too co operative, well behaved and understands problems and provides their resolutions
