The best hospital in city for the one to be new parents. Always thankful to Monika madam for their support throughout our visit. But there is issue with claim team, as I had to visit at least 10 times and more than a month time been taken to issue the documents for insurance claims. They are always making excuses. Even they made me wait during my visits for an hour and more ( 3 hours on one particular day). When you take payments before discharging why don’t you issue claim papers at the same time. Request the upper management to take immediate action else it will put all good efforts of Doctors in vein.

Don't go for this hospital by just seeing positive reviews. All these reviews are posted by their staff member. They borrow patient's phone and post positive reviews. My sister just had baby in this hospital. Service is fine in this hospital. But the staff is not good. They don't clear things in begining and later on they will tell you this is the bill and you have to pay. They just force you to spend more time in the hospital. So that they can make money. So, I don't recommend this to anyone.

Dr Monika is not just a Dr she’s robber. Think 100 times before visiting to punj hospital. She admit my wife for 4 days just because of sub chorionic haemorrhage which is not curable by any kind of medicine but just with proper rest. But still she persist my wife to admit and made a bill of Rs. 125000/- and not just that she told that my wife’s cervix is opening and we have to go for operation. Than i go for 2nd opinion to appollo after scanning we come to know that each and everything is fine. Thank to god who save us early.
