Been
a
month
now
since
I
started
working
out
at
Solid
Rocks.
Decided
to
join
gym
because
of
my
weight
and
cholesterol
issues.
Being
32
and
gym
virgin
can
be
really
scary
because
you
lack
confidence,
you
don't
even
know
the
basics
and
you
can
easily
get
intimidated
by
the
crowd
around
you.
My
Google
search
was
for
a
gym
with
a
family
environment
and
I
think
I
landed
up
at
the
right
place.
Working
out
here
is
fun
(not
literally,
it's
still
workout).
Crowd
around
here
is
nice
and
friendly.
Everyone
has
their
own
goal,
working
at
their
own
pace.
Someone's
trying
to
lose
weight,
while
others
are
trying
to
build
themselves
up.
Ridhima
mam
has
been
there
since
day
one
as
a
trainer,
nutritionist
and
a
friend
providing
step
by
step
guidance
with
the
exercises
and
the
diet.
She's
the
right
amount
of
strict
and
motivational
you
need
in
a
trainer.
What
else
do
you
need?
There
are
enough
equipments
to
provide
you
with
complete
body
workout
and
the
ambiance
is
pretty
amazing
as
well.
I've
lost
5
kgs
in
a
month.
