Booked air ticket for my niece student visa(from Amritsar to canada) 1. Agent charges were double than the actual ticket price 2. There was hotel stay at dubai, we were told she will be sharing with one lady but there were 2 ladies 3. Very rude ladies, agent(Sahil) told them we will keep a student with you and intentionally booked her room with ladies not with other girl students, those illiterate ladies misbehaved with niece. Shame on your service guys. 4. We were told there will be internal luggage transfer, but not, she had to transfer luggage at 2 airports 5. Food preference was only set for ticket from Amritsar to dubai however there was 8 hours travel from dubai to London- no meal preference was set and due to covid airplane had limited meals so the gal starved whole way. 6. Same ways, 9hrs travel from London to canada, no meal preference shared with airline hence the girl starved 17 hours in total If we asked him for room sharing with student he lied no student in flight, however my niece found multiple girl students in the flight but he intentionally booked her room with these ladies and told them to get their luggage towed by her and she had a fight with her on same.. Shame shame shame Bhagwati travels for charging so much and on such poor service…
