Amazing
things

Quality
of
service,
especially
Amrinder
Kaur
was
really
supportive.

All
the
other
staff
was
really
supporting.
-
However
not
giving
5
star
for
staff
due
to
below
mentioned
reasons
Bad
things
:-

The
person
in
hotel
who
was
a
local
and
took
our
luggage
down
since
our
day
of
check
we
had
to
call
reception
to
send
him
due
to
some
maintenance
issue
kept
asking
us
daily
if
we
are
leaving,
also
he
everytime
he
came
in
the
room
he
had
this
intention
to
barge
inside
the
room
even
if
not
required
and
look
at
our
stuff
like
as
if
we
would
offer
him
some
gift.
Also
he
asked
for
tip
himself
on
the
last
day
and
I
had
to
give
him
too.
Although
I
would
have
given
it
myself
but
the
over
attitude
was
poor.
-
Hotel
rooms
are
low
quality
with
plethora
of
maintenance
issues
and
basic
things
like
water
getting
over,
if
they
start
geazer
then
only
hot
water
will
come
and
no
source
of
cold
water,
insects
like
"kankhajura",
spiders
were
common
in
the
room.
-
changed
room
3
time
during
2
day
stay,
Internet
wasn't
working
throughout,
no
TV
during
2
days
of
stay.
So
all
in
all
this
hotel
has
very
good
staff
with
exception
of
1
person
and
low
quality
of
rooms
&
maintenance.
