Worst experience I had during my stay here,most of the items were non functional. The tv, geaser , wardrobe , switches, spray jet , exhaust , the door hardly opens with its own keys , and the unforgettable water in the taps . No power backup, kettle in the room without tea kit .

Located near the Golden temple. Room Service is really very poor. They don't provide towels until you ask for it. There are plenty of restaurants outside for food. You will get complimentary water bottles. Their restaurant was closed because of less staff. Hotel was not worth of its price, if avoidable then please do it.

Worst experience ever, we just got stuck because we paid advance before coming to the hotel in order to confirm rhe booking. After coming here we for to know that kitchen is not operational and also room does not even have the keys or individual card. There is only one master card at reception which is not at all safe. Intercoms in the rooms are also not working and there are no wardrobes in the room. Booking was for deluxe room but the room looks like a shabby small room of a local lodge. Waste of money and not at all worth. My kind suggestion to not book this hotel ever if visiting to golden temple

Had a stay with family. As a property it is a good one. Location wise also very good, near to Golden Temple Langar Gate. Almost 2 min walking distance from hotel. Staff behavior is also very good. But lacking the basic amenities during checking like soaps. Overall a very pleasant one night stay.

Had a pleasant stay. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Its walkable distance from golden temple and jallianwallah bagh. Staffs were very polite and since we were new to the place they guided us throughout our stay.

Decent hotel with basic amenities. I booked 2 deluxe room and 1 delux premium for 2 nights. Pros 1. Nearby Jaliianwala bagh and shri Harmandir sahib. 2. Nearby local Market with general stores located nearby 3. Rooms are good with AC and hot/cold water supply. 4. Bedding was good in my room but other complaint about it in there room 5. Reception staff was helpful. Cons 1. Water supply was little but dirty. Some black particle in supply. 2. Room cleaning will only clean your room when you ask. But its should be prompted by the room service staff. 3. Room locks were not good. Number of tries were needed to open card based lock. 4. You have to ask for remote of AC and TV. We got AC remote for one room only which we used in three rooms. Didnt got Remote for TV in my room and even the power cord of set top box was missing. 5. There technician was clueless about room locks, power cord, etc. This hotel can be better but they need to cross check there room amenities for which they are charging.

It is very good hotel. Walkable distance from darbar sahib / golden temple. Room was nicely arranged. Bed sheets were clean. Bathroom was clean. Room service was good. Tv ac all amenities were good. Breakfast was tasty. Thanks.

I was there for two days. The hotel's service is excellent, with soft-spoken staff. The service was excellent, and the restrooms were fantastic. I am 6 feet tall, so the bed was a little small for me, and the lighting in the room quite dim The cuisine was excellent, as was the tea service. We have stayed in Devud ecom for 2 days from 24th December,22 to 26th December,22. We booked rooms through online. We had a family trip to Amritsar and thought of staying near Golden temple so that it would be convenient for our Mom and aunt who are aged people. We were extremely disappointed with the service, quality of the rooms, quality of bed sheets, pillow covers, blankets, blanket covers and what not. It was extremely cold in Amritsar, there was no enough hot water facility in the bathroom. After complaining multiple times they provided hot water but it was not working in majority of the rooms that we booked. No room and bathroom cleaning facilities were available . We were extremely unhappy with the stay. No one should be recommended this hotel for staying in Amritsar.

We had an amazing stay. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff is very courteous and the hotel is well equipped with amenities . We requested for non smoking room request accepted . i would like to stay here again with my family . Very closed to golden temple and jallianwala bagh. Good budget hotel very near to golden temple. Everything is there what you expect in a low price budget, road side parking is there paid parking also available near to it. They have restaurant too which is surprise as most of hitel near there don't have with quality food. Love to stay again n recommended too. This rating is based on Rooms provided to us. I booked 2 deluxe non-smoking rooms. Room size was not that much spacious, room light was very low, most importantly the room had no ventilation system. Very pathetic condition. TV was not working, even after complaining repeatedly nothing happened. Intercom was not working. Every time you needed anything, u have to call reception using your personal phone. Bathrooms were spacious compared to rooms, but WC position is very very bad. Wash basin is fixed just infront of WC. When you use WC, there is a very high chance that you get hurt by the wash basin, There is no seperate geyser. U have to ask reception for hot water. And most annoying thing was all the rooms were centrally locking system. Then didn't provide any key or punch card. Every time you needs to open door from outside, u have to call the staff and wait till they come. They had a master punch card. Totally a bad experience, my family members were very much upset seeing this kind of situation. I completely regret to book a room there. Good thing: 1. Location of hotel

We had a great stay at this hotel. It has very spacious room and rooms are equipped with Air condition. Elevator is available which is good if you are travelling with aged people. It is walking distance to Golden temple only 3 min walk to dukh bhanjani beri sahib and jalia wala bagh. We will visit again

Very messy, uncleaned bedsheets, floor, washroom. Light was very low..problem to dress-up. Hotel said geyser is working but there is no hot water in the morning to bath n they said motor is burned. It was worst experience to stay in hotel. I would not recommended to any one. They ask you to pay complete charges before check-in on first day. I requested to manager to get good room with all basic amenities but solution was not provided. Since they have similar kind of issues of all the rooms.

The rooms are but the staff is very helpful and service oriented. Most importantly the hotel is at walkable distance from Golden Temple and Jallianwala Bagh. It’s a perfect stay for family with kids. Most eating and chai joints are close by

Was well worth the price as it was in the affordable range, around 50m from golden temple, had geyser for warm water, staff was responsive and supportive Ms. Naaz helped me plan my trip ahead and is a really nice lady, and i had to leave early morning for my flight ( was out at 3:30am ) and the staff then helped me catch a ride that early. I personally preferred to pr-book via online profiles. But for the 2nd day i had booked from there only and they didn't overcharged! Lighting inside the room could have been better

It was ok... But no storage was given have to pick clothes from luggage and again pack.. Also not proper dressing table arrangement was given if have to get ready in hurry u can't check it properly in mirror but all over it's ok for stay in this budget. Breakfast arrangement should be there on time but their kitchen starts from 9.30am which was too late from our itinerary plans that's why we skipped two days breakfast for same we already paid them while booking rooms.hotel is in Proper location for visiting golden Temple which is very near to temple.

My experience is too bad with this hotel. Staff of the hotel is too rude. After checkout i just called him for some help. He taken money from us but doesn't complete it. Completely waste of money. Service is very poor. 2 months ago I went Amritsar with my family and booked 2 rooms in this hotel (or rather I say guest house), we were allotted those 2 rooms on 2 different floors , we asked the management to give us rooms on same floor, but she completely neglected it. Water was not coming out of washbasin, AC wasn't working, bedding was not done on time. Overall , a horrible experience. Would suggest everyone to never book this hotel in future.

Stayed at hotel for 1 night with family. We had booked Family Room and the stay was Good. From CheckIn to CheckOut staff was helpful and was happy with their service. Just 5 mins walking distance from both Golden Temple and Jalianwala Baug and they also have travel desk for any pickup, drop or city tour. Only drawback was that they don't have an inhouse restaurant which is challenging in case you have kids or old persons. you can order food from outside or can go out to eat as there are many good restaurants within 5-10 mins walking distance. Rooms, Bathroom was Clean bt bathroom fittings specially Taps need repair as they were leaking and bit hard to close.

I visited Amritsar with my family from 26 to 30 Nov and same hotel had been booked based on the online reviews. Now again, here I want to state that the hotel is avg.... only hotel location is the matter. 1. The wash basin tap is not fitted properly and water is coming just like a "na ke barabar". I pointed out on 1st day of my stay, but unfortunately, they ignored and not repaired. 2. They had stopped water supply on 3rd Day and without intimation. 3. There was no hook to hang the used clothes in the room. So the clothes were scattered on the bed. 4. About the hotel staff; They were not communicated properly on behalf of customers with the cab service provider or E-Auto drivers. The incident is, on last day morning I have to checkout early morning (6am). So accordingly me and hotel staff had a word with E-Auto driver to come early on next day... but he didn't come on decided time and did not even bother to call me and when I called him, he was saying I had to change Stepney, and it would take around half an hour late. Really no words. The only hotel is in the proper location for visiting the Golden Temple and Jallianwala Baug, which is very near to the temple. This is request to the owner pls note of the above.

Amazing things :- - Quality of service, especially Amrinder Kaur was really supportive. - All the other staff was really supporting. - However not giving 5 star for staff due to below mentioned reasons Bad things :- - The person in hotel who was a local and took our luggage down since our day of check we had to call reception to send him due to some maintenance issue kept asking us daily if we are leaving, also he everytime he came in the room he had this intention to barge inside the room even if not required and look at our stuff like as if we would offer him some gift. Also he asked for tip himself on the last day and I had to give him too. Although I would have given it myself but the over attitude was poor. - Hotel rooms are low quality with plethora of maintenance issues and basic things like water getting over, if they start geazer then only hot water will come and no source of cold water, insects like "kankhajura", spiders were common in the room. - changed room 3 time during 2 day stay, Internet wasn't working throughout, no TV during 2 days of stay. So all in all this hotel has very good staff with exception of 1 person and low quality of rooms & maintenance.

Stayed for couple of days with family. Location is perfect, staff behaviour is also nice. Lift, hot water everything worked good. Washroom was averagely clean. Lack of wardrobe in the room is the only concern for me. Didnt order any food from them, so no idea about it.

We loved this place. We stayed in family room where 4+1 child can get accomodated. Family room was neat clean and spacious. My doughter is 1.25 years old. She had space to run around in the room. The hotel is just 600meters away from golden temple.

It’s an okay hotel. Rooms were not clean, bathroom was dirty. Basic amenities were missing and had to ask for things. Even bedsheet was torn. Would not recommend to stay here unless you don’t have any other options.

Don't be deceived by the pictures. Rooms are very small. Plus the facilities are not great. There are no toiletries given. Towels are also given only on request. The TVs don't work (Staff even refused to address this issue despite repeated requests). The cleanliness could be better. But for the location, this hotel is not worth staying at.

Average hotel.. Situated near golden temple but difficult to reach by own vehicle.. few suggestions 1. Open your restaurant at earliest 2. Your plumbing needs complete haul 3. It was really bad experience. Hotel has water issues in 204 and 205. Some time water is not coming and some time is coming with dust. Not sure whether the issue is with 204 and 205. They don't have plumber who could fix this issue. We used to get up early for golden temple 2 AM, every day, we faced water issues during that time. We faced lot of trouble(water) during our 4 days of stays. We were expecting atleast 30 to 40 % of discount for the amount that we agreed at the time of bookinghowever they had given only 500 rs discount for our inconvenience. I would really not recommend this hotel for family and kids.

Recently booked the hotel in Amritsar. Worst experience in my life. AC not worked. Telephone not worked to ask any help from reception. Receptionist and Room Boy service not good. Especially, they wont hear your words. We booked on Tuesday at 1.30AM and they asked us to vacate the hotel at 12PM on the same day and mentioned that if not we will add extra charges on your tariff. It's really not good. So I suggest you all that dont prefer this hotel in Amritsar

I would rate my stay there a 10/10, Comfortable sized rooms, comfortable beds and sheets, clean modern bathrooms, with all the average necessities provided. One of the best part was the support staff there, they were on their toes for us. Also I noticed a good initiative that they had a fleet of women support staffs. If you don't find any items like toiletries or tea kits just ask the staff and they will get it done , no charge Overall best hotel near Jalianwala bagh Katra. Go shopping near jalianwala bagh market anytime you like and comeback just a few steps away to a comfortable stay.

Actually zero star option needs to be available to rate this property. I cannot call this as “hotel” since the basic services and amenities are absent permanently. They did not provide even hand wash, soaps or any toiletries. For every small and basic things we had to ask multiple times. We booked 2 days after checking positive online review and rating and there was no proper cleaning, ac remote was not in place, restaurant was not operational, wall paint was falling off and the list is never ending. While checking out on 3rd day when we asked staff and management to reduce the charges they are taking as a penalty so that they feel guilty about the dis-satisfaction we faced. To our surprise the owner / manager asked us we should have better checkout 1st day itself immediately , which itself shows the audacity and rude attitude of the entire group towards customers. To wind it up we paid full amount which they do not deserve and we told this to them on the face and as expected not a fraction of guilty or feeling of sorry was on any of the manager / staff.

waste of money completely & dissatisfaction. i beleive the recent good reviews of this property are either fake or done by the hotel management or their freinds & relatives. there is nothing worth the praise with Divud Ecom. rooms are shabby, service is slowest and you have to ask for small things multiple times to get things done. they didn't even provide hand soap and clean bed sheets nor were the bathrooms tidy. please avoid unless you really want to live a nightmare.

EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED I GIVE THEM ZERO STARS - Please check most of the recent reviews by others too, they are super bad (I visited in Aug 2022) - All pictures (and staff therein) are probably from when this property was freshly built/renovated - Cleanliness / hygiene: 0 out of 5 Pests in their property and guests in their property are the same for them. There were ants and lizards everywhere. The bed linen dirty. They clean only if you keep complaining continuosly (they cleaned once for me so that I could at least agree to check-in after my tiresome trip to reach there) - Rooms: 1 out of 5 Because they had rooms and the AC, fan, lights, TV were (somewhat) working - Washrooms: 0 out of 5 Can't even give them credit for just having washrooms... The toilet was filthy, the shower curtains were never changed since inauguration, the shower leaked/squirted all over the washroom, no soap until complained, no towels and the list can go on and on - staff / service: 0 out of 5 Adamant, untrained, incompetent They seriously think customers are taking unfair advantage when they try to penalize for non-performance Manager (Mr Whatever) said to me that if I had issues why did I even check in on Day 1 - Restaurants / Room Service: 0 out of 5 No room service, even the intercom won't work The lunch leftovers were probably picked up at night or next morning Both the restaurants shown in pics, are shut (yes, enjoy!)

The hotel is very nice. Just a few steps walk from Golden Temple, langar hall. We had a very nice and comfortable stay. Lots of food joints near by. Even the main market, jallianwala bagh, partition museum and heritage street near by. They even have pickup and drop facility at own cost. Staffs are also very prompt.

Overall very happy with the stay. Great staff. Clean hotel. Great breakfast.It’s located right in the center of the city and is a great property. The house keeping staff was very helpful and proactive, the porters were wonderful too. The place is good. Especially it was very good that it is very close to Darbar Sahib only 100 meters away Staff are always at your service which was one of the best customer service I have come across. Overall a great place to stay. I would love to stay here again

I have stayed there for 2 nights and taken 3 rooms. In terms of property, rooms were clean however maintenance of rooms needs strict attention by the property owners as walls are damaged due to dampening. The staff was very cordial and helpful. We have reached 2 hrs before check in time and the rooms were allotted at that time. Similarly we have our trains 5 hrs post check in time but we have paid very nominal charge. I really thanks the staff for nice adjustments. We were provided all the facilities as and when required.

Only scores points for its location otherwise the less said is better. You won't feel welcome at all. Front desk/ Staff is least bothered about your convenience. In short, if you don't want to loose your peace of mind, just don't stay here. Mind it, you will have to pay some amount in advance before you check-in. Does not even have a running restaurant since some very good restaurants serving authentic Amritsari Kulcha are at a stone's throwaway and that too quite reasonably.

This is geniune review. I am currently staying at the hotel. Very poor services. What we see on their website and what we get are completely two different things. For every small thing we had to call room service as there is nothing in the room. No running hot water in winters. We had to wait an hour for breakfast due to that we are late now for site seeing. Only plus point is that it is close to golden Temple other than that if you are booking this hotel do bargain, don't go by the prices on their website because this hotel ain't worth 3k. Their website is a hoax. Every guest in the hotel is complaining.

Recently, I stayed in this hotel and felt like sharing my amazing experience. I and my family wanted to stay near Golden Temple so we thought that this hotel would be the best option as its just 2 mins away from golden temple. It Offers great Accommodation With Luxurious amenities and is definitely a value for Money Stay. The staff was really kind and helpful. We all are fully satisfied with their hospitality and services. I would definitely recommend each one of you.

Hot water service is horrible. When we went to the reception, they said that the service would be great. Now, when we woke up and took a shower, we asked them if they could turn on the hot water. They said yes but it took nearly 25 minutes for the water to heat up, and then there were difficulties turning on the hot water, and so much more. It was practically cold! This place is full of liar receptionists, and me and my family do not recommend this horrible room service. Extremely dissatisfying service.
