Very very rude owner. Never coming again and not going to recommend anybody. He is very egoistic but i don’t know why?. He should treat his customers in a good way. He ruined my dogs look. I told him to cut short but he trimmed in a very bad way. My dog’s legs look so weird . And when my dad asked him to not to cut this short. He started yelling at him and in a half way he said us to take back our dog. Look this is not a way . We are spending money and we want satisfaction. I have never written a bad review to anybody but today i am very disappointed with his behaviour. 👍🏻👍🏻

I have been looking online for a pet groomer, and fortunately I came across Pet Planet. In the beginning, I was anxious about bringing my pet there. The man, though, appeared knowledgeable and skilled once I entered. He described the procedure and warned that your pet's hairs were quite coarse. To remove the coarse hairs, a special tool was required. I told him to take whatever action he thought was necessary. In the end, how he handled my pet's grooming. I will unquestionably recommend this location to everyone. He worked carefully and meticulously. The best part about this location is the affordable price and quality grooming.

Got my Shih Tzu pair groomed.. very professional service and the owner incorporated all my requirements without any hesitation. My Dogs were comfortable and did not make a fuss at all. Strongly recommended

Very bad service. I gave my labrador to them for 6 days and his weight reduced to 8 kgs from 10kgs. Thwy dont provide food properly. I told them to give him calcium and multi vitamin tablets but when i reached the place. And asked avout the vitamins and calcium they said sorry i forget !!!!!!!! And they charge 600 rupees per day which is a bigggggg amount. Not satisfied

Worst pet groomer with lack of experience and manners. He is rude and egoist. Only care about money. Handle the pup in a bad way. If anybody asked to him to be gentle, he start yelling. He don't respect anyone. DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED PETS TO THIS PLACE.

Went for grooming of my dog and came back with a tick infestation. They don't allow you in the dog bath place, probably that's the place where proper hygiene and cleanliness is not maintained which led to suffering of my dog. I've never found more tha 3-4 ticks on my dog but after visiting here my dog had atleast 30 ticks and they keep on coming. Very bad experience, never revisiting this place

A wonderful groomer. I went with my Pet Shihtzu breed, he was full of knots.. anyone else would have recommend him for full hair shave off.. which i did not want as my dog goes in depression after full shaving of hair. But Arun ji took the challenge and patiently removed all knots not shaved off .. My Pet came out to be looking wonderful.. He has great skill for grooming pets and a cooperative person...

He is one of the most knowledgeable and awesome pet groomer in Amritsar area . He always handle with care of my shitzu and is very friendly . Rates are highly reasonable for grooming as well as compare to its competitors. Kudos to team of pet planet :)

Best groomer by far! Fantastic service, polite, friendly and extremely professional. Would highly recommend services for all fur babies needing a bit of grooming love! He did an amazing job on my cat Zoe. The thinning out of her undercoat is just incredible, we have hardly had any hair shed in the house in the last week which is something of a miracle for us! Minimising her shedding like this was worth every cent and she smells and feels lovely. Thank you again 😊

Very Good place to groom your pet. They do thorough cleaning, shampooing and blow dryer. The difference of bathing the Dog at home and getting it done from here is apparent.

Hi Guys Owner is not professional at all. I requested him what kind of facility he has , does he keep dog opened for sometime or does he keep them in crate. Or both. For this simple question , owner wants me to travel from Batala to Amritsar and then talk about it. I said its not possible for me to come and chit chat for this thing which can be easily answered on call. The reply I got : phone call cut !!! My suggestion leave your dog where professional personal is atleast dog lover and have courtesy. "Yeh baatein samne baith ke hoyengi, aise main kuch details pictures nahi dunga" ! Kuch illegal chal ra hai kya ? Kisko pagal bana re ho boss!

I always buy all stuff of my pet from this shop due to professionalism and cheap rates but today when i went to this shop . The owner was very very rude and was not interested in selling . This was not expected though

the guy is a friendly guy with a ton of products to sell..However i would want some more transparency when it comes to the dog wash and grooming bit as he takes the dog indoors..so they dog is literally out of sight for a few minutes and believe me i had to hold my breath as there are a few guys who hit the dog to make it obey..so theres a feedback for the owner too i guess..otherwise i recommend this place personally
