Well we r through our third pregnancy(obviously complicated one)with previous 2 c section deliveries. Disappointed from Apollo hospital ,we visited Dr shagun ,as soon as we have entered randhawa hospital and meet angel Dr shagun ,we know we r on right place.u cn say she is angel,mother ,sister gem.i have never writien ny review but u guys deserve salute.god bless u Dr shagun.With such kindness,sky is the limit.but don't loose your motherly nature.nd make every one believe that doctors are god!

5+ Stars for Doctors, Nurses and Helpers but if we talk about reception and billing etc I suffered a lot. Visited there for treatment and got to know from nurses that discharge file is ready with receptionist. She said file is with Billing counter, billing counter was empty and when she came said file is not with me go to the TPA. I go there she said file is handed over to the reception which again forward to the billing counter.. same this is repeated with me by the same team once baby was in NIKU. If someone from admin really wants to work on feedback can contact me but if hospital could improve these things, definitely everyone will give 5+ stars rating. Thanks Ravinder

Ours was a complicated pregnancy. Each day was a challenge. Finding no hope elsewhere, we knocked at Dr Shagun Randhawa's door. Her guidance, treatment and psychological support carried us through. On one occasion, we faced an emergency situation during odd hours on Sunday. Dr. Shagun took no time and arrived at hospital to attend to the baby in the womb. Our baby arrived around 4 weeks before due date through c- section. With God's blessings and care provided at the Randhawa Hospital, all went well. Staff maintained proper hygiene and followed Best Medical Practices at all times.

Phenomenal Care available. Excellent Service , Professional advice and doctors are proficient. My Father Parminder Singh Aujla was recently admitted and as we live abroad, my mother was by herself. Dr. HARNEEESH RANDHAWA operated my father. My mother had no Hassel due to friendly Doctors & staff. Optimal Care was taken during my Father's stay and today he safely went back home. Today I went to Dr.shagun randhawa I had a very bad experience with her.....she is very greedy for money ...she is not have heart she ask me wrong things about my pregnancy....she had doing scan in which she had told such things which is not actly exist ..I personally advised not to visit Dr.shagun randhawa.

Very nice hospital. My grand father was admitted with heart attack. His life was saved thanks to Dr Harneesh Randhawa . Albeit I was here for gynae help from Shagun maam, I am really grateful to this hospital for gifting me two greatest joys of my life :) not only the doctors, the whole of staff from nurses to attendants and even the reception, admin is so helpful and professional. Also probably one of the cleanest hospitals in town, and the whole experience, right from the consultation fees to attendants, medical help always at your beck and call, round the clock, and least bothered about their money but always patients’ health first, really makes if the rightest choice as healthcare provider in town and beyond :)
