Near to railway station so location wise good. Car cannot go near to the hotel as it’s inside a very small lane. Even some rickshaw pullers denied. Staff was polite. Payment only taken in cash, that’s bad. No proper breakfast. You will get 2 parathas per person in room, that’s it. This hotel is recommended only for night stay purpose.

The rooms are small . Though breakfast is free. It is provided from in hour kitchen and served at room The timing is 0830 which is not acceptable. Menu is fixed. Only Aloo parotha. Tha poroach to hotel is thro narrow alley The advantage is near to Railway station.The rating Three out of five.

Weird location, such a small passage that even auto rider refused to go inside. Staff was cooperative. Internal kitchen only serves tea that too after 9 am. no kettle in room. We booked family room, with 2 double beds. it was so conjusted that only one person can move in room at a time. very small cubboard, after keeping our luggage, we failed to open it. the gap between beds was only one feet. Would never recommend fab hotels to anyone. No ventilation. It looked like, they converted single room to double one without bothering about comfort of customers.

1.-I have booked a room at rosewood inn Amritsar from 15 August to 16 August through agoda and the car parking was written there but no parking was available my car was parked on road. 2.- No breakfast given as per fab policy it was written that breakfast will available from 7:30-10am but no breakfast given till 8 am after I have already stated to the hotel one day prior that I will be checking out at 8 am. And when in morning I have gone for saying at reception he said we only work according to our convince not by fab policy. 3.- There was sound of water coming from ac whole night that sound distributed me from sleep and video for that is also attached below . 4.- They were loose talking behaving very badly and abusing us. And at the time of checkout they misbehaved with my mother that show us that you may have damaged the room. I understand checking the room is right by staff but misbehaving and abusing with female and talking rudely is not the right behaviour. 5.- The staff always say talk to owner but owner is not there at hotel anytime and if we ask for even any single thing the staff say talk to owner or say to fab that they will give you another hotel . 6.- They didn't allow check in for 1.5 hour yesterday and owner and hotel staff said that you illiterate people we are not. 7.-1500 was extra charged as cash at the time of checking. Note:-For the 5th extra person I said that to hotel owner I am ready to pay but atleast give check in for 4 people. Worst hotel never visit owner always is saying to client that you are illiterate people we are not illiterate. He himself was most illiterate person existing on earth.

Very bad service. Not clean. Geyser was not working. Insects and bugs are in floor. No hand wash/ soap provided . No food available there. On request paid food were really poor quality. Not recommended for family/couples

I stayed here for 1 night....the hotel is just 250 to 300 meters from amritsar junction. Staff was cooperating. Room was very clean and properly maintained. All the basic facilties were available. Local food shop was also there in the mid way of hotel where you can get breakfast , lunch , dinner at minimal price. Free bus service (yellow colour) is available from railway station to golden temple , jallian wala bhag and vice versa. Street to hotel is bit conjusted for parking but if you are coming in train then it's best. Overall it was nice experience there and enjoyed my journey.

There was no electricity after 3am to 7.30 am, when i called fab cce no one resolved the issue. Fab service become worst day by day, it was my mistake after lockdown i again installed ur app and booked my hotel.

Beware this is the worst hotel in Punjab YOU ARE WARNED. Please don't stay at ROSEWOOD INN. This is why I am telling you all this. They don't have parking facility but in their amenities it is mentioned and once you arrive at their hotel they tell you to park the vehicle roadside and say it's completely safe (what a joke). They fool their customers by using this tactic and I lost nearly 3 hours due to their foolishness after reaching Amritsar via Delhi by road after an exhausting 10 hour drive. The owner of this hotel is a blatant liar who even after realising that he is at fault wasn't ready to initiate the refund and even cut my call twice when I requested him that I am traveling with my mother and she is very old and is feeling very weak and tired after the journey. Although I did get the refund after taking with MMT executives and explaining to them what was happening, but still this idiotic person the owner was still lying that I am the one who is not willing to park the vehicle and they are providing with parking facility. Guys as a fellow traveller I don't want you to lose your piece of mind and have the worst possible start to your journey. If you are still interested in booking it sure go ahead but remember YOU WERE WARNED.

This is a sham hotel just selling for flashy fotos and branding. Everybody denies responsibility for their actions. No requests for family rooms, early checkin is entertained. 1. Location is bad. Car will not reach here. No parking also. 2. No view from the property. Its in a narrow street (gully) 3. Staff ignores guests as if they are staying here for free. They will get into technicalities of their own rules to extract more money from guests in the name of additional service.

I booked Fabhotel Rosewood Inn from MMT for 2 nights stay and I opted for family room. The room was quite small, congested and suffocating because there was no ventilation. After keeping 2 queen sized beds there is almost no space left to walk or stand in a 12x10' room. The beds and pillows were comfortable and bathroom was decently spaced, but there were no toiletries. Is this a special treatment for MMT customers? Although, breakfast was included in my package, but not tea because they charged for tea. There was no STB attached to the TV and we had to ask for it. How cheap!! They have very limited breakfast options. On Day 1 we ordered Aalu-Pyaz Paratha, but there was almost no filling in parathas and they were half-cooked. It was an insult to Parathas in Punjab. On Day 2 we wanted to avoid Parathas and ordered Bread-Omlett because there was no other option, but the Omlet was salt-free. At all times tea was good. Both reception and service staff needs a large dose of smile on their face. Perhaps the only best feature of this hotel is it vicinity to Amritsar Railway Station which is at walking distance. But the hotel is situated at the dead end of a street and there are no signboards outside, so even local people don't know about the hotel. Verdict: Will I prefer to go back to this hotel? May be not.

I'm allways staying here, it's very much comfortable, nice design, very much neet and clean, 24×7 Hours open. Staff behaviour very nice 🙂 otherwise besides all Hotels room very old not clean 😔

Very near to Amritsar railway station. Can walk upto the hotel by using Google Map. 5minutes walk from railway station. Also if required they will arrange transportation for site seeing and back. Lift Available. In house Good quality food also available.

Hotel is located very near to Amritsar Railway station(2-3 minutes walking) but it's approach road needs improvement since it's too narrow. Rooms are value for money type the window AC makes some noise, wash rooms are quite large and having good amenity. Thanks authority for a pleasant one night stay.

The power cut off many times during the winter night and we had to bear the cold without our room heating. The family room booked was too small for 3 people, let alone the capacity of 4. We had to pay quite extra when we converted that to 2 deluxe rooms. Overall, for the amount paid, the experience was not good.

Rooms are clean & tidy, 24hrs hot water was available. Staffs are friendly with helping nature. It’s the last hotel in the Gully (Street) they let us keep the luggage till 8pm after checkout. I stayed in Feb 2023

To be honest, the ambience of this place exceeded my expectations. The staff deals amazingly well and the rooms are well furnished and maintained. I would definitely be visiting again.

Do not trust the owner. 1. We found Cockroaches 2 on the bed and 3 on the floor. 2. Hotel staff blamed us for the Table Glass Breakage which we had not done. The table was covered under the window curtains because of which we did not notice the breakage during our stay. In this room, aged ladies were staying, if we had broken the glass, why would we hide the stuff that could hurt the ladies? My daughter who is 3 years old was also roaming around the room. We asked them to show the broken pieces to us and there was confusion between the staff and owner about whether the glass was broken or just cracked. We didn't have much time to argue about this because we had to catch our train “Golden Temple” towards Mumbai at 6:55 PM so we had to give him compensation for which we were not supposed to. We recommended this hotel to one of our friends who was going to visit Amritsar but after this incident, I told him not to book this hotel.

Worst service and rooms.. they gave small room though i booked big family room as per the site.. sight description and room doesn't match .. eoom was so small that its hard to walk one veing standing beside bed.. pathetic hotelby fab hotel..though i pre booked breakfast they served at 9:30 Am..

Located at a walkable distance from Amritsar station. Rooms were compact but nice. Staff were courteous. Overall nice experience.

Hotel room is very compact with all necessary facilities which is the main need for every visitors to stay happily.Food was also served at right time and staff also was polite & picked us up at right point even in odd hours on the day of arrival.Food was also excellent. Air conditioning was also good simply felt like home.the good part is Washroom is neat just like star hotels at affordable rate with separate wet & dry area equipped with proper sanitaries.As I had two year old baby, i was over satisfied as the geyser facilities worked perfect.since we are from Tamil Nadu, this is best choice we made to stay here. Definitely recommended to people who are looking for rooms with necessary facilities along with hygiene. Pretty satisfied & excellent service of Rosewood Inn.Most appreciable.Keep up the awesome service.

The place is amazing, I mean I only used it for sleeping but yeah it's quite amazing. The only problem I faced was with the hot water I somehow managed to get half a bucket hot water that's it. So yeah only issue was with hot water rest everything is good you name it the staff, the service etc..

Even after cancelling a day prior the Hotel refused to grant refund. Do not trust and do not pay in advance or before checking into any hotel people are very non-coperative and selfish.

Very Small room. If you want extra bed, there is no space to even walk in room. And they will adjust extra bed in the same room. No catering service. I booked on Breakfast basis room and they were providing tea or coffee & sandwich or toast only in breakfast. No Bellboy facility.

Apart from room size, everything was great....rooms cleanliness, washroom seems like almost 3star hotel. Location is also good...If u r searching with GPS, you may get confused as it is little inside approx 100 steps where vehicle can't go..way is inside Sarhaddi complex ( pic attached for people reference)..this complex is right on main road just 50 meters approx from railway station..get inside this complex and walk to reach at the end for Rosewood inn. Had not good experience with Fab hotel at Hyderabad, but this time experience with Fab is overwhelming.... 👍

I have stayed recently, Poor hospitality, small rooms, cleaning deficiency, even blanket was smells bad.

Booked it via mmt , the rooms were clean and the service was good , but the location is very sorry dingy , it's at the end of long lane and the lane has auto drivers and taxi drivers howling.

Though it was a double room, it was very small and dirty. The hot water in the bathroom was provided only on request, every time. The manager (Varun) was very rude. The location of the hotel is in a narrow street, resembling slums settlements. It’s very unsafe especially during night. All together the stay was horrible.

Hotel is in a dark lane. Location is not easily reachable. Moreover, Small rooms and no room services(food) available. Had to order through Zomato. No hotel staff at all. This is a house turned hotel. Two stars only for renovated rooms. Else deserves zero star

Rooms were good, just little small. Location was 5 to 10 mins walkable distance from Amritsar railway station. Staff and owner was co-operative and helpful. Service was quick. Best for stay for 2 people

The property is new built up, neat and clean. Very helpful front desk, the only negative point is bedding and towels were dirty. Overall good, there's room for improvement!!
