I came across the ad for Carat Diamond. They had on display a fabulous eternity ring made of moissanìte. It really caught my eye. I went to place my order because this one looked like it was the one. Carat Diamond was very responsive right away. They kept me updated with my orders details. They were great to work with. The ring came special delivery to my door . This was it . I absolutely love my ring! I spoke with the designer himself before I purchased because I wanted specific things done to my ring and he delivered that, made me a custom! I get so many compliments and it glistens so bright, I will definitely purchase from him again , already talking bout a matching band and maybe one for my husband. Rings are beautiful (only ordered the 2 bands to wear with my princess cut solitaire) I opted for 14k with gold. I’ve worn them for a couple weeks now (hand washing and all) and they still sparkle. Was a little concerned about ordering from outside the U.S. but the whole process and transaction was smooth. Was a little taken back by the after the purchase option of paying $35 more for faster shipping. I thought my order would arrive within 10 days with the free shipping but found out it could be longer, but could pay $35 to have them in about 7 days. I decided to pay the extra $35 (plus tax was added on to that for some reason like it was an item I was purchasing) and had them in about 5 days. I would definitely order from this place again, and would recommend them to others.

So I showed Brijesh pictures and he sent me the correct one that would fit my engagement ring better. I sent the first one back and got a full refund. I was a little hesitant sending it back at first. I’m from the united states , Brijesh is in India. I sent back hoping I wrote the address correct. It’s exactly what I was hoping for! For Christmas I bought a second ring from them. This time a bubble and breath eternity band. I absolutely love both rings. They are gorgeous! The craftsmanship is impeccable and the designs are timeless. Brijesh offers wonderful customer service: communication flows easily and he is quick at answering questions.
