So food was 3 from 10, we have ordered Pizza, Salat with chicken and mushrooms, also baked potatoes, potatoes was raw, Pizza was like old and had only few ingredients on it. The worst part was Service. waiter just throw menus on our table, and he has very unpleasant face, like we owe something from him. we were very friendly, but he didn’t even smiled to us. and barely walked around our table. When I paid, I paid extra tips, just only for owner, because he seemed very good person, I was searching for toilet and he was very kind.unlike his employee ..Unfortunately I don’t know what is a name of this waiter. he is little bit chubby, with beard.and black hair.

It was my big mistake came to this place They have bad Service, not quality and not respectful with client and unprofessional waiters . Don’t make your day bad in Plaza, i don’t want to come again .

They cheat. Not by mistake, but systematically. Beware of the check. Several times I was charged meals we had not ordered. When the problem is pointed out the boss comes, is really nice and offers some treat. But the bottom line is: They cheat.

Very unpleasant visit and gladly we left before we get scammed or treated unfriendly by that old man the silly waiter who thinks that they are the only restaurant in the world. We asked for an allergy menu and his answer and facial expression/attitude showed how much of an ignorant person he was and he did not bother to show some sympathy or even ask inside if they can offer us something. Plus! This is not a Mediterranean restaurant (They wish)!!. It is just typical Turkish restaurant with typical arrogance attitude.

One of my favorite places. Location is good, you can park your car nearby or get to it by public transportation easily. Food is interesting and colourful, mostly Turkish specialties. Coffee and coctails are the best. There are tables for big groups of people,as well as, for a single guest. Stuff is extremely friendly there. My recommendations especially for younger crowd.

Outside says "Dienstag pasta, alle pasta 7€", you choose a pasta from the menu and at the end you have to pay the normal price because not all the pasta has the promotion. Just ridiculous. Beware that "chicken and pasta */doesn't belong for pasta promotion. Never again

Very good choice of meals (pizza, pasta, other meat dishes). The restaurant is cozy and has a very pleasant decor. Tried one of many trios of salad, pasta and sautéed chicken and was very pleased. Prices are very very affordable. Would recommend to anyone!

It was one of the places I was looking for. But unfortunately it took so long to find it. Because, there was no sign of Turkish cuisine. Maybe the owners are doing it on purpose, not to give the "döner/kebab" place impression, and have a special guest portfolio. I appreciate it indeed. The food is classy, much close to Original Turkish cuisine than many other German/Turkish imbiss style places. Food/drinks are all good and we are now visiting frequently when we come to Bielefeld.

Older guy server was not so friendly, but the other staff were nice and the atmosphere was good a d food was nice

Food was nice, good value for money. However the waiter had a bad odour problem everytime he lent across the table we could all smell it. Not appropriate for working in the food industry. Also we tried to pay our bill and every still waiter/ress ignored us.

Mediterranean restaurant? Definitely no! This place is good to be called Turkish restaurant with international cuisine but too far from Mediterranean where it’s more about seafood and mix fresh and grilled veggies salads etc.. I can suggest here only lunch offers and don’t sit outside there are too many flies disturbing

An average establishment, service is a little bit rushed and staff sneakily tries to get you to leave a tip, by rounding up the amount if you pay by card and giving you the amount that you overpaid in change. Overall quite a busy restaurant for quick bites. Not bad but not special either. Would come here again for a quick drink, probably not if looking for a nice place to have a romantic dinner.

The food is delicious, but the service level is low, the waiters cannot explain the menu, the food is served in plates that are already broken in some places. I recommend this place to those, for whom service is not important at all.

This was my first time here, really enjoyed ourselves the food was amazing loved it. The atmosphere was amazing. I highly recommend this place if you are visiting Bielefeld, Germany.
