Went to this place for the pizza and outdoor seating (for my dog). Atmosphere was good, the food was good too! Ordered the artichoke and spinach dip, mushroom and rosemary pizza and their new goat cheese and sun dried tomato pizza. I have it 4 stars mainly because I wish the sun dried tomato had time to sort of marinate with the goat cheese as the pizza was made. It seemed as though they grilled the pizza and put the sun dried tomato on afterward so because they pizza itself wasn’t saucy- it was sort of a bit dry. Still liked the ingredients. Service was very good! Our waitress checked up on us several times to make sure we were doing okay. Would recommend!

It was first time having pizza in Roanoke. The best part about the menu was the variety of non meat and sea food options. It was beautiful weather and we sat outside. The service was quick and cordial. I’d highly recommend.

Excellent place for dinner. Traveled down to see our daughter at college. Went to this place and was amazed. Doesn't have a huge menu but there menu covers all the bases. The food is prepared perfectly. Came on a Thursday and Filet Mignon was 25% off. I had Maple Glazed Salmon. Inside needs a little work. Furniture has some wear and tear. Our server Bridgette was fast and attentive.

Excellent food and atmosphere. Every dish was homemade and wonderfully crafted. Personal pizzas, small apps, tasty mixed drinks. Our waiter Mark kept the drinks full and gave excellent suggestions. Thank you!

Fabulous food! If you have not eaten here, you're missing out! Superb quality organic offerings, a wood fire oven and low prices! There's a wonderful view of the mountains from the terrace. Pictured is their new Sriracha crab dip served with rosemary focaccia from the wood oven! Sublime! We had a Spanish white white to accompany and then their Craizy Goat Salad. Everything was superb!

Please follow us on Facebook and Instagram at SNDTravels. Update 10.22.19 Tried the Quattro Formaggi with sausage and a California this trip. My Quattro may have been the best so far. California was enjoyed by Diane. Can't wait to come back again. Update 9.14.19: Pizza this time. Diane had the Quattro Formaggi and added chicken. Great call as it goes together perfectly. I had the carne that was loaded with meats. As always it was great. 9.10.19 Been here a few times and tried several items such as the pizzas of course, scallops, wings, steak and everything has been excellent. Came here this time for pizza and then were told they also had a pasta bar all you can eat for $12. Why not. Shrimp scampi, chicken alfredo, baked ziti, spaghetti, breadsticks and salad. They do not make large batches of pasta so all the entrees stayed fresh. The shrimp was perfectly cooked and the seasoning of each dish was spot on. As well done as single dishes, which is different from most buffets that have dishes set a little bit too long. This place has been top notch every time we've been here. Tiramisu to go back to the hotel. Two thumbs up. Recommended yet again!

What a wonderful surprise to drop off the Appalachian trail and into such a delightful and sophisticated spot. My daughter's maple glazed salmon was perfectly prepared. My NY Strip steak was expertly grilled and reasonable priced. A glass of True Myth Cab was a perfect match for both dishes and at 50% off wine by the glass on Wednesdays, how could we go wrong. The Tiramisu was a show-stopper and the service was friendly and efficient. Don't miss this place. It's a gem!

We had a wonderful night at Tizzone! The food was amazing and the service was excellent. I decided to try a California pizza since they’re known for their wood fired oven. It was delicious but what really surprised me was how quick they delivered it to our table. Highly recommend and we will be going back!

We had a dairy allergy in our group, notified our server and picked a dairy free item(poke bowl)from the menu, promptly got served dairy and thus had a reaction! Friendly staff. Wine pairings listed with the food menu is a unique touch. Sophisticated menu for a pizza place definitely more casual marketing than reality. As for staff dress code, there isn’t one. Very hard to tell who is staff/customers. If they hadn’t endangered an individual in our group this would’ve been a 5/5

Nice place. Beautiful presentation of dishes on plates. Good interior design. Salmon was delicious. The waitress was very nice, but did not perform the elementary tasks of the profession. As an example, remove straw packaging or already used plates from the table. However 5 💫.

The food was fine. Prices were higher than we excited by the Google ratings but were justifiable. Service on the other hand was what I would consider lacking and unwelcoming. It could be because I'm used to Midwest hospitality, but we waited for a seat when the inside was almost empty with employees chatting and people that got there after us got food around the same time as us. I was not impressed with the service at all

I would say this is one of my favorite restaurants in the area. Most of the time I've had really good service and the last time I went I would say not good. That all said the food quality is impeccable. It's absolutely delicious and prepared very well. The atmosphere of the environment is a wonderful place. It can get a little loud depending on when you go. During the week you can sit outside on a nice day. It's a lovely place for a beverage, lunch or dinner. If you have found my review helpful please give me a thumbs up 👍 and feel free to follow me for future reviews.

This restaurant is usually top notch, which makes this experience especially disappointing. We ordered the cheese and charcuterie board to add to our entrees. They said they were out of their usual cheese so replaced it with another type. That's all fine, but when we opened the box at home, there were only three small pieces of cheese. No mustard or fig spread either. We ended up having to supplement it with some more cheeses from our fridge. I hope this is a one off issue.

Service and atmosphere were great! The Pablano bisque and OBX scallops were fantastic. All three of us in the party ordered the Ribeye steaks cooked to medium, and all three were well done. No pink! Please retrain cooks on this.

We had the pleasure of dining here today. The pepperoni pizza was excellent. We also had a parmesan meatball sub with a salad. All was very good. Our waitress was very nice, and personable. One of the managers even checked on us and thanked us for dining with them. Excellent service, and food. And don't forget to try the Tiramisu!

Very good! We are thin crust (New York pizza) lovers, so this was a little different. But, the flavors were good, the presentation was nice and the atmosphere was great. Good wines too!

My husband and I stopped in after being on the road home. We had been having a great time, until we stepped into this restaurant. The food was just okay and the wait time was horrendous. Especially with it not being very packed. I could live with that. What I cannot live with, is the treatment of myself and my husband. The waiter was super attentive and talkative with everyone, except us. My husband came back from the bathroom and overheard the waiter poking fun at us with another employee. We were rushed out as soon as we finished eating. No offer for ordering dessert. Waiter even said "We wouldn't want to keep you waiting". Why because we weren't dressed up as we had been travelling home from a road trip? Because we didn't fit in with what you wanted your clientele to be like? Grow up. My husband was trying to treat me to lunch and your small mind mentality ruined that. First and last visit. Personally wish we hadn't left a tip. You didn't deserve it.

I took my 83-year-old mother here for her birthday lunch. Arriving around 2 PM on a Monday afternoon the lunch crowd was already gone and we basically had the place to ourselves. It was very nice as they were playing easy, listening music, and we sat at a table where we could see the view of the beautiful mountains. The tea was fresh that day, and my mom kept saying how good it was. We also ordered the pepperoni pizza wood fire, you can’t go wrong with that. Also, the chicken salad sandwich was delicious on an herb ciabatta bun that is made at a local bakery. The salted caramel brownie was to top it all off, and it did not disappoint either. If you need something extremely sweet, then this is it, but you might have to take some of it home. Excellent choice for today’s lunch. Glad we found this one.

First off, GET THE GOUDA, BACON & CHICKEN ALFREDO. I’ve eaten at a lot of fine dining restaurants and this was hands down one of the best meals I’ve ever had. It was thick and satisfying and savory…absolute perfection. The salads are fresh and delicious, the Sriracha crab dip is delicious and the ambience and service is great. Definitely will be going more often now that I’ve discovered this dish. Also many gluten free and vegan options as well!

My boyfriend and I loved this place. We chose it randomly after a day at the zoo. It was the perfect mix of comfortable, fancy, and affordable. Tremendously friendly service. I ordered the scallop vodka penne which was delicious. He ordered the pepperoni pizza and the filet lasagna which were both fantastic. Would recommend!

Absolutely phenomenal food. Stopped in on a road trip from Illinois and it was well worth it. Food was perfect. Steak, pizza, all great. Scallops are a must and I don’t even like seafood but holy cow they’re great.

Absolutely loved this place. We got their pizza which was delicious however the dessert was a disappointment. The brownie was too dry however, the main course was delicious. Our waitress and host were also friendly which was a huge plus and I did love the fact that the bathroom was clean. Very great atmosphere and definitely will be visiting again.

Lovely meal this evening with family. All the staff were very friendly and attentive. Thank you to our waiter, Matt, for a very pleasurable evening. Matt gave us exceptional service throughout and nothing was too much trouble for him even explained every dessert to my partner. I will highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great customer service and those looking for good food at a reasonable price. I couldn't say a bad thing about it.

Food was good. Atmosphere was really nice. Staff was friendly and wheelchair accommodating. Prices were good. The music I'm not sure fits a restaurant setting. Would definitely recommend

. Our waitress was completely disassociated with us. No warm welcome or happy mothers day, no apologies for any of the forgetful mishaps. We felt stereotyped immediately, the entire staff seemed standoffish and curt, absolute stagnant air all around. However the food was OK, the Cesar salad dressing was inedible. The asparagus came at the end of our meal served with no season or any butter. Super , dry. The coconut rice was just OK, we chose not eat the mashed potatoes that came to our table with the entre without being order. However the seared tuna entre was amazing as well as the salmon bite appetizer I will not be suggesting a dine in experience with anyone

Wow! We had such an amazing bridal shower. Brandon Linthicum is not only the catering manager but chef extraordinaire! He created a beautiful Charcuterie tray adorned with fresh flowers. Probably the best tortellini I've ever had! Totally recommend this place for any special occasion!
