I went to pick up my online order last night and not a single employee was wearing a mask! Six unmasked young people making pizzas! I wouldn't have gone inside except I had already paid for my order. I researched and found that there is still a mask ordinance and a sign ordinance for restaurants! The lack of caring about the public is shocking.

Amazing place to go to I am a patriot and I have done my own research in the masks and they do not work people like the workers at papa Murphy’s are smart for not wearing masks I will always support them and Ik my one review won’t change much but it will help in the long run thank you to the owner of this location for not obaying by the mandate a mandate is not a law if you comply then that is you but to the people that put a bad review for them not wearing a mask then you should not put a review at all it hurts company’s if you want to wear a mask and destroy your life then that is you have a great night and I will be back very soon keep up the good work!

I phoned in an order for medium chicken bacon artichoke pizza. I’ve always had a good experience with this but not this time. When I started to eat the pizza I noticed the crust was dry and hard, not like any other pizza I’ve eaten before. I could not begin to swallow it because I would choke on it. I called to ask what happened to the thin crust and they said the medium size does not come in thin crust, I totally don’t remember this. I said the web site does not mention medium size not coming with thin crust and he said if I ordered on line it would not let me order this way, we’ll I ordered by phone and no mention of it. Nothing was said about making me happy by giving me another pizza to replace this one so I just said I won’t be going back again. Mod pizza here I come.

I have my grand babies for the night, so what to do for dinner and something simple and something the kids will eat. I had not been to Papa Murrphy's so I said why not. I walked in and I was greeted promptly, and the young women shared about the menu and what they had to offer. I had my two grand babies in my truck right outside of the store the young women offered to bring the pizza out to my truck so I didn't have to take the kids out of the truck. I had full view of the truck they were never out of my site while I order and paid. That being said Papa Murrphy has these personal pizzas and they come with everything my granddaughter likes so not only did I get something she would eat, but something she could make and have funny doing it. Only complaint is their white sauce chicken onion pizza wasn't as good as the Great Alaska Pizza Company's White Garlic chicken pizza. Then I guess I can only blame the guy who told me the were the same, not.... However, the pepperoni pizza was absolutely covered in pepperoni!😋

some people may be turned off by the all teen staff, but those kids are excellent workers! friendly, fast and the pizza is good! especially when it's a freebie from The Clam Digger lol and they have some of the best cheese sticks around!!! if I wasn't watching my sugar intake I'd definitely love to try some of their desert items, the s'more bars look delicious and who doesn't like the look of raw chocolate chip cookie dough?!?

98% of the smart working people are very nice, thoughtful and caring about their customer's. I've seen customer's, from rude to the nicest walk in and out with the satisfaction of the pizza of there choosing. The best part of the Murphy's family is that if the customer forgets that they needed this or wanted that on there pizza, from sause to olives, they will fix or remake it. Even if they sometimes have slippery hands, they will help you to there best of there ability. God bless every one of them.

Jeff and Crew will never Do...... You wrong, they're the bomb, like Cheech and Chong, minus the bong, they've never gotten the gong, since I've eaten there for so long, so everyone come along, and maybe Papas will inspire you in form of song.
