Got the turkey chest delight, tuna melt and the daily special. All were fantastic! The place seemed very clean and the staff were super nice and friendly. The pickle spears were amazing. Definitely getting extra the next time I go.

The portions are huge! After seeing how they were making the BLT, I just had to have one. The amount of Bacon they put on a BLT is A LOT! I definitely recommend this place. Please be prepared to wait in line because everyone loves this place. The dessert portion is huge.

Good sandwich place. Large indoor space with plenty of seating. Has a fun, kitschy vibe with vintage food-related decorations. Id recommend for takeout or dine in, especially for families. I wouldn’t really call it a deli though (they didn’t have all the side options I would expect from a full deli). The sandwiches are very good though.

Alright the portions are HUGE! We had the French dip sandwich with was great! And the Clam Chowder was pretty good too! Perfect spot for a quick and yummy food break

Just a perfect day! We were able to eat outdoors in the shade and relax. Our food was visually appealing and yummy. We just sat there feeling sorry for all the other restaurants in sight, who had no customers! This place was bustling, and the many staff members were hustling!! 2 registers were going, efficiently taking orders from a line of customers that was out the door. Despite this being their busiest time, our order was delivered to our table in 15 minutes!

Did lunch here on a day I'm visiting the city. Was crowded with people so it seemed very popular. Had to wait a bit in line, ordered at the counter, and then waited about 15 minutes to get my salad (sat outside). Did Caesar with chicken, and unfortunately the chicken was missing. Walked inside and they immediately fixed that. Salad was a bit heavy on the dressing, but it tasted good. If I pass through town again I'll do a sandwich, since I'm sure those are the specialty here.

Friendly staff and fast service combined with great food make this establishment a good choice.

This is the best place to get lunch before jumping on the ferry! Don't forget to grab some desserts to eat on the boat. The carrot cake is amazing!

Gere a Deli catered our wedding and it was absolutely perfect. The food was incredible, the service was friendly, professional, and thorough. We could not have asked for more from them. Will recommend to anyone and everyone!

Very busy place but fast service! Place is full of locals and we found out why. Awesome food, large servings and lots of seating. The large sandwich will feed at least two people and maybe a third. We really enjoyed the "Some like it hot" sandwich. I had the French dip and it was also awesome, the meat was really medium rare!

Nice deli in Anacortes. Options galore! It's very tasty, but I'm not sure about the options for gluten-free bread, however, prices should be adjusted for the size of the sandwich given. Way too small! Otherwise, it's a great nice idea in a small town!

A delicious meal and reasonably priced too! You know a place is good when there is a line out the door. While we were there eating it was always busy! This is an authentic Deli! Sands, soups, quiche, cheesecake, pastries. I highly recommend Gere-A-Deli!

After a lovely stay in Lopez Island we stopped here for lunch. Staff were top notch, kind and delightful. In total we ordered 2 sandwiches 2 coffees and a Panda Bear pastry (highly recommend for any chocolate lovers). Wow it hit the spot perfectly. A quality lunch spot with incredible service and old school Americana vibe. A must stop in Anacortes.

Situated conveniently downtown. A comfortable, informal atmosphere, but my chowder seemed a bit bland. But I'm sure there were other good choices. Could've just been a coincidence, since it was the 1st time we ate there.

Amazing deli that even our 1 year old liked! Great staff and amazing food. One of the best Ruben’s around, and the Turkey pastrami was also on point.

Had a great mozzarella ciabatta sandwich. The blend of flavors was very tasty and the toasted bread added just the right crunch and taste.

Came to Anacortes for the flea market and decided to grab a bite. Very glad we chose this place. Everyone was so friendly and even though it was a simple turkey and bacon sandwich, it was one of the best sandwiches I've ever eaten. If you're in the area and looking for a simple but excellent meal, definitely stop in.

Delicious sandwiches and Kombucha on tap. Atmosphere is fun with many retro signs on the walls. Place is well lit. Staff is very friendly. Desserts look amazing and are easily shareable.

Been coming here for years. Always excellent service and clean environment. Soups, coffee, and entrees come out fresh and very hot like they suppose to. Made from quality ingredients. Closed Sunday and Monday.

Well, that was a nice surprised. Perfect lunch break and delicious and fresh. Highly recommend. Had the Reuben / potato salad with a bowl of chowder. Both delicious.
