If I could give zero stars I would. We arrived at the hotel and every room they took us to was riddled with mould (3 rooms). On top of that one had stained carpets, the other dirty walls and the other stank so badly of mould. I have a newborn with me and this was our first family trip together for my husband's birthday and it is ruined. The lights don't even work in the passages the director and staff did not even bother to apologize once. I called hotelbeds and they spoke to the owner and confirmed the story. Hotelbeds was absolutely useless and said I need to get Tripgift to do the refund. Needless to say we wasted 2h fighting with everyone, 2h driving there just to waste our petrol and then we had to book another stay elsewhere and fork out 297 euros that we did not budget for. . I know it is 3 stars but one would think 3 stars in Europe would be nice. I come from South Africa and their 3 star hotels are 100 times nicer. This place is an actual disaster, do not waste your time, money or petrol going there.

The hotel was very clean. The gym facilities were accessible 24 hours. The steam room and jacuzzi was available upon request. The staff were really kind and very welcoming.

Lovely tidy accomodation, with bathtub (what joy) and lovely breakfast.

Nice hotel, comfy beds and bathrooms. Great for Camino as it's just off the route. We didn't eat there as food was not supposed to be that great. Staff were nice, but weren't that helpful in helping us to find somewhere to eat on a Monday night (we ended up at Domus, great choice).

Very nice hotel. The manager is very nice the service is good.its a big hotel lots os space. Get the rooms that have a balcony to the vineyards .you will get a view that is breath taking of the city and the sounding mountains

Was all ok, staff is very friendly, cleanliness is ok, breakfast is fine. Only thing that the walls are out of paper, you can hear over everything.
