Nice portuguese restaurant, very tasty traditional food, hmostly frequented by locals, typical dish small chicken "franguinho" with fries.

There's a reason people travel a long way to eat here...the chicken is excellent. We've eaten here a few times and the food has always been really good. Staff are a bit business like and brisk such is the conveyor belt of customers coming through, but this seems to be the style of service people in northern Portugal. Still high recommendation to go.

Excelente, I like the Portuguese style roast chicken, it's not dry, and has crispy skin, the chicken liver soup is great too

A wonderful bit of history. An old fashioned restaurant with a huge amount of atmosphere, very pleasant surroundings. Traditional Portuguese cuisine served with charm and grace. Well worth a visit.

This place is famous for their chicken and it tastes really great. Order chips on the side, not really healthy but tasty. You can order other things too. As dessert try "natas do céu", it's very delicious.
